Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we understand your frustration given the amenities and features you were expecting when you booked the property. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, including the kitchen faucet, dishwasher, missing hand soap, and especially the condition of the game room. These are not the standards we want for our guests, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We will be addressing these concerns with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure they are properly inspected and corrected. We’re also sorry for the confusion regarding the dog-friendly policy and beach access. We understand how important those details were in your decision to choose the property, and we’ll be reviewing the listing information to make sure the amenities and restrictions are clearly and accurately communicated. We regret that we fell short during your visit. Your feedback is important to us and will help us identify areas that need immediate attention. We’re sorry we weren’t able to provide the experience you were hoping for.
