This place is AMAZING! We booked this for our College/Young Adults group at church, and this house was perfect. Close walk to beach, great pool, and inside the house is wonderful. Spacious, plenty of things provided, and lots of places to hang out, play games, or enjoy the views! Host was incredible at answering our questions and were always timely. We loved it so much we booked for next year before leaving!

Lovely home. Gorgeous kitchen. Lots space to spread out. Quick walk to the beach. I would book again if my parents don’t join us. If you have elderly people in your party that struggle with stairs I recommend finding a place that has an elevator. Thank you for a great week!

We all loved this home, beautiful kitchen with plenty of seating, dinnerware, and a large pantry. The drink fridge came in handy, because it left plenty of room in the main fridge. Perfect place for us!

Amazing property

House is beautifully decorated, has a great layout, and is perfectly situated at the East end of the island, overlooking the ocean on one side, and the salt marsh on the other. Accommodations were super comfortable, and the house contained everything we needed. There were a few needs we had, and got a prompt response from the host. Definitely would stay again—amazing!

Great house close to the beach!

This was a very nice and spacious house. Plenty of room for our group of 18. The pool was very nice and seemed bigger than the other ones we could see. There were more beach chairs than we expected and they were like new. It was a very short walk to the beach and was in a great neighborhood.

Livin’ the dream

The home was absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean, has every kitchen gadget you can think of, very well thought out. We spent most of our time at the pool which again extremely clean. We are very picky on where we stay. I would give 10 star plus. We will be coming back. Oh, note the decor was top notch!

Livin’ The Dream

This rental is roomy, comfortable and clean! There were 12 of us for the week we stayed and LTD easily accompanied our group. Access the beach is a very short walk. The provided equipment in the garage area enhanced our stay. The beach equipment cart was extremely useful but it does need minor repair work. We will rent this home again!

A treat!

Rental company was very responsive and we appreciate that. House was beautiful, beds were comfortable. We appreciated having multiple bathrooms. We did have a few issues submitting the contract but the rental company helped to resolve that. The rooms were listed on different floors than what we actually found - this has now been updated on the site. It did cause some confusion / minor issues for us b/c we specifically selected this house for the layout we thought we were getting. Our GS Troop was on a tight budget and we bought supplies that were actually on hand, so that was a bummer but we did find everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous and more

Our family gathered here for a reunion. This was the half-way point for us. We could not have been more satisfied with the location, the house and the management. The house was described accurately with one exception. There were MANY more amenities than mentioned, such a good thing! When I inquired about some items that might be available, I was told the "things come and go" with renters and he wasn't sure exactly what was there. There were children's toys, games, and a storage closet filled with beach and pool toys, supplies, bikes, and outdoor games. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked for our family of 14 with many leftover spices and cooking ingredients. There is plenty of seating, eating space and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house and would re-book in the future.

Although the property was nice, it does seem like the property management company has some weaknesses. The house was not as clean as expected. There were hairs on linens, dead bugs on the floor, spots in the sinks and tubs. They sent someone out to spot clean and replace linens which was appreciated. The linens were pretty terrible quality given the price you pay to rent the place. When they replaced linens, they brought them with the tags still intact meaning they were not washed before hand. Hand soap was on the last leg in most of the bathrooms, and some of the bottles were refilled with water to make the bottle last longer. Overall, the house is in a great spot and spacious, but they’re cutting corners in a lot of areas which takes away from the overall cleanliness and comfort. For the price, I have higher expectations.

This was our 3rd consecutive year booking the big orange beach house. It is in a great location, close to beach access. The host is fantastic with great communication. If you cook a lot you'll find the cookware is tired and needs additions and upgrades along with new knives. The maintenance and cleaning crews really lacked the attention to detail we have been accustomed to. Great stay but its all about the details.
