Nice stay with a well kept pool and property. You will have your own covered parking spot which is close to your condo. Luggage cart and grocery carts make it easy to settle into your third floor condo. Close enough to walk to the beach although I rented a bike for the week. Close to shopping and restaurants as well. Check in and out was easy and convenient. Would stay again.

Beautiful condo in perfect location

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped (Kuerig, blender, washer/dryer, beach towels and chairs, wagon, etc…). The entire unit was tastefully decorated and well maintained. We would stay here again when we return to Marco Islan!

Marco Getaway

This condo was absolutely perfect. Very close to the beach and all the little shops. The 2 bedroom was perfect for our family of 4. You still had a view of the sunset while outside on the balcony. We love Marco island and definitely will be staying here next time.

Perfect Vacation Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family arrived after midnight due to flight delays, it was very easy to find the lock box at the rental office to obtain the keys and information, returning the keys was very simple, walk into the rental office and leave the keys with an agent! The condo was spotless upon entering, and all necessary items were where they were supposed to be for easy access. The kitchen appliances and silverware are high end products and look new.The bathrooms are in fact updated and very clean, the closet space is huge! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location is excellent, a short walk to public beach access. 8 minutes from Publix and Dollar Tree, and 10-12 minutes from many popular restaurants. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed eating in a couple of nights and having family movie night. It was an excellent experience, I would highly recommend staying at Essex S305.

Nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time while staying here. Everything was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and beach supplies. We didn’t have hot water for most of our stay and had to endure listening to the noise when the replacement was being installed. I was disappointed that even a small credit for the inconvenience wasn’t offered.

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in the Essex every year, and once again we were not disappointed. The condo was very well decorated and updated. The only thing i would suggest would be new beach equipment, as it seems that previous renters did not care to take care of it. Otherwise A+

Thanksgiving vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great location to beach and in walking distance to around 4-5 places to eat. Will probably be back next year around the same time and will probably try to stay at same condo. Was able to check in a few hours early which was really nice since we arrived on the island around 10:30 am on a Friday. The lady we talked at the front desk at Harborview was really helpful and gave us a call whne we could check in.
