We loved the rental. It was very comfy and clean. It had everything you would want or need from the kitchen to the beach! The beds were comfortable and the access to the beach was very simple. Loved the Everglades so close to Marco! Would love to stay there again. A definite 10

So Convenient

Loved our stay. We like going to the beach, so this was the perfect location if you don't want to pay a premium for beachfront properties.

Anniversary get away

Easy checkin/checkout Did have to register again on property for parking. Very comfortable with one exception, the primary bed was so soft that my wife ended up on the couch to save her back the last few days of the trip. If that is replaced it definitely enhance a stay.

Great location

Lovely roomy 2 Bdrm condo, well furnished. Close to beach and anything else you would like to do in the area. Nice heated pool and elevator. Harborview Realty was responsive to questions. Kayak fishing with a rental from Florida Adventures was so convenient. This condo is only a half mile from Caxambas Marina. Also close to many good restaurants. We especially loved Sami's!

Thanksgiving at Seaview on Marco

Seaview 304 is a special paradise that can't be found anywhere else on the South End. Closest Condo to the Beach without being actually on it. For rentals or owning Seaview is the place to kick back, relax and enjoy life.

Our family loves coming back to Marco and this condo specifically. It is full of great old memories and we build new memories each year we come back. Based on location, size and layout this is the best value on Marco!

You could watch all the activity of people heading to residents beech and walking up and down the street. You could also see the ocean between the building.The access to resident beach was perfect. You could see all the cars lined up to try to get into the public parking across the street and we just walked over. The condo was in great condition. Plenty of beach chairs and even fishing poles. Pool was wonderful and met a lot of very nice people.

We thought that we had read that there would be a beach buggy available but there was none when we stayed. We also had read that a hairdryer would be supplied, this was quickly remedied when i called about its omission. Everything was very clean & in good condition. However, we found the beige sofas to be very musty smelling. We ended up covering them in sheets to sit on. Also, a broom & dustpan would have been very beneficial. A beach vacation always attracts sand, & while we loved the tiled floors & lanai, we would have liked to have given it a sweep every now & then!A great vacation rental for a family of 4.

Overall, we had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and the appliances were a good working order. Communication was simple and prompt and the location is very close to south beach. The downside was the attention to detail. The beach gear was mostly broken and rusty. This was very disappointing. The beds and pillows were not comfortable and the sheets were pilled. Many outlets weren’t functioning and there were no blinds in the living room to provide privacy at night. The kitchen was not well appointed. There were not enough plates for a family of 5 and the silverware was rusty. Overall, we had a great stay and would rent this unit again.

This location directly across the stree from the South Beach Access is very convenient and lets you be on the beach in minutes.

We had a few minor needs and they were addressed quickly and professionally. Bike riding and walking was perfect in this area and we enjoyed long bike rides.
