Mandy was excellent! Any questions I had, she responded right away via Whats app to help me with an answer. The Villa was exactly as advertised with stunning ocean views from the rooftop. Bedrooms are very comfortable for all to rest before the next adventurous day in beautiful Curacao! Highly recommend Villa Laman!!

Lovely home and a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the swimming pool. Highly recommend!

This was one of the nicest stays we’ve experienced! The hosts and management were very welcoming and helpful; any issues/questions were addressed immediately. 7 of us enjoyed large spaces together and privately. The location is great and beautiful! We definitely want to stay here again!

We fully enjoyed our stay at the Villa! Everything was perfect. It was very clean, very well stocked and has everything we needed. The location was great for walks to restaurants and the Jan Thiel Beach. We were a group of 8 adults and the villa made our stay in curaçao a wonderful stay. What a beautiful island!

We couldn't have found a better home for our stay in Curaçao! Our family of ten loved the home and the surrounding area. Jan Theil beach is only a ten minute walk, and Mambo beach is only a 15 minute drive. We made good use of the private pool and rooftop terrace! The home is very spacious and clean. We hope to return to Curacao again and stay at James house!

Best vacation ever!

We loved our stay at Vista Royal Jan Theil. The house is beautiful and has everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, we explored the entire island. We plan to return soon!

Great location and house, short walk to jan thiel beach. Property and pool were great! View from the roof and sunset dinner on the roof we're highlights.

Amazing Place

What a great location and a wonderful villa. The owner and property manager were very responsive, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it and we will go back.

Great family vacation

The house was exactly as advertised, the property manager Mandy was wonderful, and the location was perfect. We walked to Jan Thiel beach, it was less than a 10 minute walk.

Well appointed villa with all you need

Loads of room for the 10 of us. Kitchen well stocked, excellent appliances, comfy beds, and aL kinds of outdoor space to enjoy. Managers were very helpful for taxi recommendations, rental car recommendations

Beautiful home

This home was so lovely for our family trip to Curacao. Unlike many vacation rentals, this house is actually set up for a group to cook and live in the house. We enjoyed the barbecue and sitting on the roof for every dinner. The house felt roomy and cozy at the same time. We enjoyed our stay at this home!

Wonderful Villa

The property was amazing and the property manager was extremely responsive. If you want to have a reunion and hang out, this property is perfect.The location is far from the best beaches on Curacao and the traffic while we were there was pretty bad. Convenient access to the marina at Caracas Bay.

Family stay

Great location close to Jan Thiel/ nice restaurants. Nice spacious house. Beautiful views from the top deck. One minor remark is that the hot water capacity was kind of small For the amount of people able to stay in the house. Overall we had an awesome stay and will definitely consider to return!!

Great house

The House was perfect for hanging out as a group and for splitting up as to have some alone time. Plenty of places to eat in the area our fav was Pasawa and Salmon Grill. The property manager Mandy was great very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable even when we called for a minor issue they came out to assist on a holiday. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We plan to stay there again on our next trip.

Great House, Great Location, Great for Families

The house was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and spacious, with plenty of communal areas to gather and rooms to keep to one's own (teenagers). The outdoor space by the pool was fantastic and really the ideal place to spend your time. Also, having been to Curacao several times, we found this location to be our favorite with its proximity to Jan Thiel beach, supermarkets, great restaurants and more. And Mandy the property manager could not have been more helpful and communicative – would not be surprised if she had some sort of hand in arranging the perfect weather.

Large property with beautiful pool and third story roof access via stairway for amazing ocean views. Absolutely everything for a relaxed holiday. Bedrooms are large and comfortable…ditto showers etc. Kitchen is modern and has an abundance of cookware and utensils. Loved the game selection provided. Bring HDMI cable as Wifi is weak away from main downstairs living area. Overall: 5 Star!

Great family vacation

Great house with a great layout, plenty of space for our entire family of 7 adults and 2 kids. Nice pool area; pool is a perfect size with plenty of pool toys. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. Rooftop terrace offers great views of the ocean and sunset always accompanied by a nice breeze. We did encounter some appliances issues that caused some inconvenience, but all issues/concerns were dealt with promptly. The property manager was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. All in all everyone had a great time and really enjoyed Curaçao.

Five Couples

The property is in an excellent location in a very upscale neighborhood. There is a grocery store within 1 mile as well as a beach and restaurant's. Mandi was our host and was there as soon as we arrived and explained everything about the house to us. On the fifth day we had an issue with one of the A/C units as well as a locked door to one of the rooms. We had both items fixed as soon as reasonably possible. I highly recommend this villa.

Lovely Home in best location on Curasao

Our first vacation in Curasao. The house is beautiful and very clean. 2 bedrooms one bath downstairs and one full bathroom outside by the pool. 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms upstairs. Some of the beds have 2 twin mattresses to make a king. If you and your partner are middle of the bed sleepers, chose a room with a king mattress. The kings made of twins tend to separate making for uneven sleep.Kitchen is nicely equipped which made for 4 nights for home cooked meals. Pool area is covered and meals outside allow you to enjoy the breeze.

Home away from home

The villa is wonderful and there are many thoughtful and considerate things to make it feel at home. The hosts provide everything you could need.Our group included adults, children under 10, teenagers and a baby and it suited our needs. Even in a large group, there are places you can escape to including the rooftop and corners of the balcony. The location is excellent. Walking distance from a Jan Thiel beach and a supermarket. We were able to fit all of our cars on the drive. It is worth hiring a car to explore the island and reach closeby restaurants etc. Willemstad is a relatively short drive away.The hosts and Mandy are very responsive and lovely. Such an incredible stay!

So much better than expected. It was super clean! And the house is huge. We were 7 people and it never felt crowded. The location is so close to the beach and you feel as if you are a part of the neighborhood. It’s a very safe area and the house has extra protection with an alarm system which made us all feel ever safer. The hosts were the sweetest and made sure everything was provided for and with fast replies. I truly had a great experience and would book this house again. At first i was a little worried about going over the electricity limit but honestly as a group that’s not the most responsible with things like that it was a lot easier than I expected and never was a nuisance. it was well worth it and I highly recommend a stay here! Thank you for everything!

Amazing house and location

We flew in from Canada to enjoy a one week vacation in Curacao with 6 other adults and we were happy we found this beautiful gem. This spcaious house not only accommodated 7 of us, it super-ceded our expectations with all the modern finishes and rooftop patio. 5 bathrooms and everyone received their own large bedrooms!! This house was full equipped with everything we needed. The green egg was a bonus!! Check in was simple and the property manager Mandy was present and personable if we needed anything. She even gave us each a welcome gift. Greatly appreciated! Location is key, when we got tired of swimming in the spectacular pool we would easily walk to the beach, about a 10 mins walk to the popular Jan Thiel beaches. There is also a supermarket and shops along the way. We highly recommend this house and this group will be returning. Tks again for the great hospitality! You will not be disappointed! Cheers!
