And with the beach only steps away, an ideal escape to Orange Beach is all but guaranteed!

With enough room to accommodate 10 guests throughout this nearly 1,600 square feet of wonderfully decorated living space, this condo is the perfect layout and size for a group of friends or a family travelling together! When you first arrive, you will notice and love the bright, coastal themed interior which is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay in paradise. The living room has abundant and comfy seating and a sleeper pull out bed as well! A flat screen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi will help keep you entertained in your free time.

The large, fully stocked kitchen has all the tools you need to cook whatever your heart desires, including stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig provided. In the dining area, a 6-chair dining set provides ample space for guests to enjoy homecooked cuisine or fresh takeout from the numerous dining options close by. Additionally, the private balcony has a large dining set, allowing for you to enjoy a meal with the whole group outside above the emerald waters!

When it's time to rest up after a long day of swimming with the waves or enjoying the community amenities, you'll find there is no shortage of great options to choose from. The master suite features a comfortable king bed as well as a private bathroom with a shower, large tub, and double sink vanity. While the other two guest bedrooms are both equipped with a queen and twin bed in each. One guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo , while the other offers a walk-in shower. All rooms feature a flat screen TV with cable and of course, access to the free Wi-Fi!

Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Upon arrival you will need to check-in with security in the meeting room next to the indoor pool to pick up your passes. This room is on the right-hand side of the elevators when facing the building. Security will be present daily from 3-11pm. Parking is first come, first serve. There are overflow parking options if the lot is full upon check-in. Security can provide you with those options. *U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
