The condition of our property is always first and foremost of our concerns. The dock area is under recent renovations with the addition of the new stone patio by the dock. Now that the patio is complete we're starting to move our attention to rehabbing the dock, so that will be completed soon. Communication is key, so if you experience an issue during your stay, please reach out to give us a opportunity to address it!

Thank you for providing this feedback, we were very happy to hear that your impression of the house was wonderful when you messaged us and were also happy to have propane delivered as soon as you notified us. The beds, toilet seats, and Kitchen are as shown in the listing however we will certainly evaluate upgrading those in the future. Each bedroom does have a closet, however the open lofts do not. While a larger shower is certainly a consideration, it is the same shower that is advertised in the listing. The hot water heater has actually been replaced and is brand new in the past 2 months. Trash is picked up from the house weekly, so the trash was cleared out during your stay. The grass is mowed weekly and was mowed prior to you arriving, by the time you left the grass had grown a good bit because it rained almost the entirety of your stay. We strive to provide our guests the best possible experience, so during your stay if you have any issues please reach out to us!
