Guests have access to all areas of the home and property, except for the owner's closet and garage, which are reserved for private use

This stunning lakefront property is a two-story retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. On the main floor, you'll find the spacious primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a bathtub/shower. There is also two other bedrooms on the main floor, both queen size beds.

The open-concept living area includes a cozy sectional sofa and expansive lake views through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The fully equipped kitchen, also on the main floor, features modern appliances, a large island with seating, and adjacent dining space. A second full bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The lower level houses two additional bedrooms. One bedroom offers a king-size bed with an attached bathroom with a large walk-in shower, while the two bunk beds (twin size), and a queen-sized bed are perfect for kids or singles.

A third full bathroom is located on this floor, ensuring ample convenience for guests. This level also includes a game room with additional seating and entertainment options. Outside, you'll find a spacious deck with outdoor seating and dining options, a grill, and stunning views of the lake. The property also includes direct lake access, with a dock and ample parking for multiple vehicles. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a getaway with friends, this property has everything you need for a memorable stay.

The property is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Interstate 81, offering quick access to major highways for seamless travel. Guests can park directly in the driveway, which provides ample space for multiple vehicles, ensuring convenience and ease during their stay.

1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4.We DO NOT provide propane refills.

-To allow us the opportunity to assist promptly, we kindly ask that any issues or concerns at the property be reported during your stay whenever possible. Issues reported after check-out may not be entertained.

-Please note that during the summer months, non-venomous black snakes may occasionally be present around the property due to the natural environment. While they are generally harmless, we would like to make you aware for your comfort and safety.

-🚮 Trash Policy
To help protect the property from wildlife and comply with neighborhood regulations, no trash may be left outside at any time. A trash bin is provided inside the home for your stay, and our housekeeping team will remove it after checkout. Leaving trash outside or around the property will result in a $250 fee.

Lost Item Return Policy: If you leave an item behind and would like us to ship it back to you, a return fee will apply to cover the handling and shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left an item at the property.
