Villa Martinique-on the water with pool/spa, foosball table, office

This villa is located in the popular south west of Cape Coral and provides enough space for up to 8 people with a large pool area of more than 2550sqft.

The living area is adjacent to the kitchen with direct access to the pool area. With the sound system you can enjoy your music both inside and outside the house via your mobile device. The spacious kitchen provides all appliances and accessories you need, including a regular coffee maker and Nespresso machine.

3 bedrooms are equipped with a large bed and TV. The 4. bedroom has two bunk beds and a TV. Besides the showers in each of the bathrooms, the master bathroom also offers a bath tub. Get some work done in the office area or play some rounds of kicker.

The large pool area invites you to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the outside dining area or one of the 6 sun loungers. The heated salt water pool and spa are operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. It's basically a fresh water pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only permitted outdoors.

We all had a wonderful time and the pool and hot tub was awesome. The house was beautiful, also went fishing out on the dock. Will definitely have too book a reservation again for next year!

Highly Recommend

The house is even nicer than the pictures! Great location; quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Pool and spa are fantastic. It was exactly what we were looking for. Check-in was super easy and property manager was very responsive to our questions.

Wir (6 Erwachsene) durften für eine Woche diese traumhafte Villa bewohnen und können es nur eindringlich weiterempfehlen! es war super!!! Haben auch noch ein Boot dazu gemietet, das geliefert und wieder abgeholt wurde, super easy! Wir kommen wieder!

Golf trip

Property was as presented on web site. We had easy access to property manager. They preferred the temp of home to stay at 75 degrees and it was comfortable. Pool was great despite tropical storm Elsa. Hot tub had very little water return through the jets and was told that was the best it could do. Only issue was having to pay electric charge of about $113.00 after we left property. This bill came a few days after leaving. Have utilized VRBO and never encountered having a charge for electricity. Was informed it was in the house rules on the Ad. Would recommend reading all the fine print of house ad.

Great house!

We had a great experience at this vacation home! Very clean and nicely decorated. The home had everything that we needed. We loved that there were beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler available to take to the beach. Our children loved the pool!

Kitchen is beautiful pool was nice

We had the best time and loved relaxing. My only issue was there was no safety rail to get in and out of the pool. If I would have known that I probably would of book something else. My husband needs assistance to get in and out of the pool!!! So he was unable to swim all week. Plus Dangerous with kids .Buy everything else was great. Would otherwise have it 5 stars thank you for sharing your home with us

Wonderful Property

We had a seamless and fun stay at this house! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean and we enjoyed the pool and neighborhood. The property manager was a great communicator and made everything very easy. We highly recommend this home.

Lovely house and layout, but property management needs to improve

Villa Martinique is a lovely property. Layout, pool and hot tub were great and had we rented a boat having the dock and direct access to the Gulf is a big plus. We also really appreciated the book with of local recommendations, given this was our first stay in Cape Coral!! Given the price point we would have expected better and more timely communication with the property manager. When we arrived there was a pool of standing water near the kitchen from a leaking wine fridge. Somehow this got missed at check-in. And, on New Years’ Eve there was a lot of noisy construction happening next door at a property being built and managed by CoralVilla, the very same property manager. No one responded to our reach out until Jan. 2nd. Would have thought we could have been informed in advance of the scheduled construction. Also, the pool and sauna took a long time to heat up and we got charged (per contract, fine print...) for all utilities during our stay which added to the already expensive outlay. Location is SW Cape Coral. Pretty far away from the Gulf. If you want to be closer to the heart of Cape Coral rent elsewhere. But it was a really nice, safe neighborhood and great for young families.

Wonderful Surprise!

We booked this home for our son's baseball travel tournament in Fort Myers. We wanted a place to relax after a long day out in the heat on a baseball field. This house was more than just the pictures and description. It was clean, larger than expected (open floor plan), fully stocked kitchen (which was awesome being that we cooked instead of eating out). The patio and pool was truly like being on a vacation in the Keys! Our check in/check out process as super easy and we had no issued at all. We plan to return this summer for a family vacation.
