Deck to the north and west is accessed by sliding glass doors on either side, with outdoor dining area and two seating ensembles. The patio space, for morning sun or afternoon shade, is accessed from entrance or sliding glass door to secondary suite. Parking in reserved covered space is adjacent to the dwelling.

It is situated within the Silverado footprint, which features a well known 4-mile walking/running/biking loop on public roads.
