Nice place close to town

The house was nice and clean. My family felt at home there. Only down side was no A/C, which being from the South, I didn’t think to check for while booking a place.

Christmas Vacation in Buena Vista

We loved our stay! It was the perfect location in Buena Vista, near downtown and in a safe neighborhood. The property was very clean and cozy, just what our family needed for a Christmas vacation. Our hosts communicated well and took good care of us. I would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed!

The house was just what we needed for our 4 day hiking trip. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and our hosts communicated quickly with me. We would definitely stay again.

This is an exceptional property in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were some of the best we've had in our VRBO experiences. Very clean and comfy. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Kayaking and Climbing

Emily’s home made a wonderful gathering place for me and my sons and their friends. The interior was clean and roomy and the kitchen was well-appointed. We cooked all our meals, enjoyed and there was plenty of room to relax and visit. Thanks for creating the perfect environment for our weekend.

Perfect for our stay…

The house was perfect for me and my friends for the couple of nights we stayed in Buena Vista. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Owners were responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood wasn’t exactly what we were expecting…Houses all very close together and we drove by an industrial park nearby to get there, but we weren’t there for the neighborhood so that didn’t matter to us. Loved the town of Buena Vista!

Cozy BV Home w/views

The home was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked with lots of extras. It was close to Main Street and all of our activities. Emily was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been more comfortable beds. All of the mattresses were EXTREMELY firm!

Lovely home in Buena Vista Co

This home was located conveniently to downtown and also the mountains. The house was immaculately clean. Extra special “little extras” such as towels to take to the hot springs, cell phone chargers, bed reading lights and snacks were very much appreciated. We felt welcomed and liked the decor.

Wedding Weekend in BV

We were in BV for a wedding. The location was perfect to downtown and the venue, which made it so much easier to travel. The house is so cute and clean! Loved the decor. Emily was so responsive to all of our questions. We are planning another weekend in BV and will definitely stay at Emily's again. Thank you so much for making our weekend wonderful!

Definitely recommend this home!

Property had everything that you could need, they actually provided basic stuff like snacks to welcome you, kitchen spices coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash. I have booked at others properties and they never provided nothing like this home I definitely recommend anyone this cozy home! Plus the owner of the property was very attentive. Thank you Emily for your wonderful home!

Cute and cozy

My husband and I, 2 adult daughters and one of their boyfriends enjoyed staying at this house and it was just the right size! It was VERY clean and decorated VERY cute! The hosts had the house equipped with everything you need (the only thing missing was an iron, I know I may be a minority that still uses one!).It was a mile and a half from the downtown area but we enjoyed driving around finding everything! Buena Vista had many delicious places for breakfast, lunch and dinner! We loved the bridge to bridge hike along the river. Hopefully we make it back sometime; would definately stay in the same place!

Very accommodating for a family with Children

This was my families first time staying in a short-term rental property, so we were a bit hesitant, however, we had family just a couple blocks away so this house made the most sense. From the start, the check in process was very simple. Once we arrived, I immediately noticed the cleanliness and warmth of the property. This felt more like a house you could raise your kids in than a hotel type rental. We were traveling with two toddlers and an infant and this house was very inviting for them. There were snacks, games, children's dishes/cups, toys, a sit-me-up chair, and a pack and play. The neighborhood was great. All of the neighbors were very friendly and it was always quiet. Even sleeping with the windows open we were never woken up. If I’m ever in the area again, I would certainly be staying here!

We had a wonderful 9-day stay in Buena Vista! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. One of the best parts was the plenty of parking space, which easily accommodated our trailers—a huge plus for anyone bringing UTVs or extra vehicles. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas—we were able to enjoy several UTV rides and had easy access to beautiful nearby trails. It was the perfect base for our outdoor adventures. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything about the stay went smoothly. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Buena Vista area—especially if you’re planning to ride and explore the mountains.

The home away from home ❤️

We loved this house! Clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed everything from the comfortable beds, pretty kitchenware/pottery, nice bathrooms, the large coffee pot, to the details of souvenir stickers, and on-the-go snacks. Everything was excellent and appreciated. Emily and Corbin were the best hosts and had great communication. This home was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see. We got beautiful views of the mountains right from the door step, and the home is bigger than the pictures look. We hope to be back in the area and stay here again. Great stay

Emily was quickly responsive, informative, warm, and welcoming in my communications with her. The house was not only immaculate but also aesthetically pleasing and well-appointed, including a nice selection of snacks. It was located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the downtown area and a well-stocked supermarket. Finally, she had a well-organized guidebook about the house and location available. If in the area again, we would easily stay here.

Amazing Stay

This property was a gem. This lovely home was a large part of what made our trip wonderful. Incredibly clean and well appointed. Close to Main Street and the Mt. Princeton hot springs. Look forward to staying here on future visits.

But, we always love to return to the Colorado Mountains!

This property is such a retreat for us. We love to get away from the Front Range and relax in this quiet neighborhood. Our family has everything we need to launch our adventurous days. Our favorite is biking or rafting & fishing. We make sure to take plenty of time for the hot springs and enjoying all the BV has to offer. If you can, try to catch some live music at The Lariat or grab a drink at the Deerhammer!

The mountain views just do not get old, but our favorite is the star gazing from the porch at night. Such a nice getaway!
