As soon as you step foot in this luxurious and spacious villa, you're welcomed by a very stylish yet highly comfortable living area. It is designed and decorated in an elegant manner that complements the fantastic Scottsdale location close to the historic Old Town, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping districts

The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area are where you'll get to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones and friends before relaxing in the living room, setting the stage for memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows, making the home very bright during the day, accenting the hardwood floors, and enhancing the luxurious ambiance.

Retreat to seven comfortable bedrooms, which feature 5☆-resort comforts that allow you to rest after an exciting day of Scottsdale adventures.

But wait! The best is yet to come! Step out onto a fully private & fenced backyard, where you can soak up the sun by the large swimming pool, prepare delicious BBQ, and have hours of family & friends' fun by playing pool or various yard games.

1. To be able to provide such a wonderful experience we require a five hundred dollars deposit for the stay. This deposit will be refunded within five to seven business days after checkout. the deposit is to protect our property from missing items, damage, and extra showing up sleeping guests.
2. SMOKING OR VAPING ON PROPERTY IS PROHIBITED (INSIDE AND OUTSIDE)

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. You can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow the complete procedure to ensure that our units are entirely disinfected, and sanitized, adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wipe all doors and keypads, and keep our environment clean.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them★ NO SMOKING ON PROPARTY ★
Please refrain from smoking inside or outside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
We are not allowing ANY parties or events on our property

★ QUIET TIME WILL BE 10 PM- 7 AM
We care about our neighbors and would like to ask to be respectful and understanding, we know it's not easy on them, so we are trying to make it as easy as possible
