Welcome to our stunning Bay View studio apartments in the heart of Condado! Once part of the luxurious Caribe Hilton Resort, these Condado Lagoon Villas are now privately owned vacation rentals, offering you all the comfort with easy access to Paseo Caribe's trendy restaurants and facilities.

Our listing features two connected units on the fourth floor, each with its own private entrance. They’re linked by double doors inside, making it perfect for friends or couples who want a little extra privacy during their stay. Just a short stroll down the street, you’ll find "Playa Escambrón" beach and a lovely park ideal for a quick dip or a relaxing walk!

From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Condado Lagoon and spot the T-Mobile Convention Center, which offers endless entertainment and dining options. We're only a breezy 15-minute drive from San Juan airport and just 7 minutes away from the historic charm of Old San Juan, where you can explore centuries-old landmarks, indulge in delicious food, or shop till you drop.

Fabulous space and perfect location

We loved our stay here the location was perfect we walked and rode scooters into San Juan. Nadia was very responsive we highly recommend!

We had an amazing time! Nadia was great and help with anything we needed. The rooms were larger than expected and there was tons of room. You don’t have access to the large pool area of the Hilton but the building pool and the Escambron beach which was about a 5 minute walk were great! Very easy/quick access to everything in Old San Juan

Perfect Stay

All was great. Close to everything…airport, old San Juan and local parks and beaches. We had a group staying at the Hilton Caribe and our condo was steps away!

San Juan stay

Came here with our adult kids for a winter getaway. Rooms are exactly as described and the fold out chair bed was comfortable and perfect for my petite daughter. The area is not exactly walkable but Ubers are easy to get. Our ac leaked water into one os the rooms and the host addressed it immediately.

Absolutely amazing! I had the most incredible stay at this gorgeous waterfront apartment. From the moment I inquired, Nadia was quick to respond and made the entire booking process seamless and effortless. Her communication was warm, professional, and so reassuring—it really set the tone for the perfect stay.The apartment itself was stunning—and with breathtaking views that made every morning and evening feel magical. It was beautifully designed, peaceful, yet surrounded by so much to do—restaurants, shops, and beautiful paths along the water.I also felt completely safe and cared for with the 24-hour concierge always available and attentive. This stay was the perfect balance of comfort, island style, and convenience. Thank you again, Nadia—I can’t wait to return!

Great condo!

This unit was spotlessly cleaned when we arrived. It had everything we needed for our stay and nice little extras like sunscreen and coffee. Nadia was very responsive and arranged early check in for us. 10 minute walk to a very nice beach and about 15 minute walk to the center of San Juan.

Very nice property w/great location

Our group of 4 adults really enjoyed our week long stay at this property. The location offered many things to do with the beach, restaurants and night life all within walking distance. The 2 room set up was perfect for 2 couples and there was never a concern about safety and security. Being so close to Old San Juan was ideal and El Yunque National Forest and other activities were all less than an hour drive away. We would definitely stay here again when visiting beautiful Puerto Rico.

We had a great time.

Nice location next to Caribe Hilton. Not far from Old San Juan and Distrito TMobile. With our group of 4, it was really a luxury to have 2 bathrooms and 2 spaces AND laundry. In essence, this is 2 apartments. Pool was almost empty every day so it felt like a private pool. Host was super responsive when our flight was a disaster. Would definitely recommend!

It was okay

Unit was nice and clean. The property seemed outdated and slightly depressing. The scent from the plug ins was overwhelming for people with allergies and asthma even after we unplugged them all. Good location to Old San Juan and Escambron beach.

Amazing stay in the heart of San Juan

We booked this for a girls trip with 5 friends and it was the PERFECT place! Nadia’s property is so clean, has a gorgeous ocean view, spacious, with all the amenities you could ever need. The location is IDEAL if you’re looking to be close to nightlife and all the best locations in San Juan, without actually having the noise of the nightlife interrupt your sleep. Literally could not ask for a better stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you Nadia!

Lovely

I plan to return again and again. Location is very close to the beach, restaurants and more. The rental had all the things you need. The patio overlooks the bay, the sunrise and sunset views are fabulous. We wanted to stay another day, the owner was extremely accommodating. I’m a seasoned traveler and I give this property 5 stars.

Great location! Nice place with minor inconveniences

The rooms were perfect for our stay and the location was great! There were some small inconveniences like the WiFi not working, loud water sounds, front door not closing behind us, etc. but overall it was a great stay and we were able to work around those things. Definitely wouldn’t recommend counting on the sofa chair to accommodate an extra guest. We didn’t need it as we just had two people in each room but in case others see that on the listing, it’s very small!!

Definitely Worth The Stay!

My husband and I decided to take our daughters on a trip due to one of them turning 13. Nadia was our host and she was amazing! We arrived supper early from Florida so being there with nowhere to go seemed as if it would be a challenge however, we reached out to Nadia and she allowed us early access to the unit!! When we entered, the place smelled amazing, the view was incredible, there were items provided that we weren’t aware of like mosquito spay, sunscreen, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and a few other items. This was incredible! We had a hiccup but it was resolved literally in minutes. The only bad thing is parking and the water pressure! Literally one of the best stays ever!! Thank you so much Nadia!

Wedding!

I rented these units so I and my bridal party may prepare ourselves for my wedding! Also, this location was less then 10 minutes to my venue. It was 5 of us, plus hair & makeup artists, photographers & videographers, so we needed the space! It worked out well. The units were clean & spacious. 2 full bathrooms was a plus. The AC worked fantastic! Check-in easy. And security at the front desk. But the building was like a sauna. Pretty bad. Would I rent here again, proberly not. Due to the price. I just needed it for the convienience of space & location for my event.

Not only does it have a beautiful view of the ocean but it's in a prime spot where you could walk to or take very short Uber/Lyft rides to nearby restaurants and bars. My favorite thing was to borrow the beach chair and towels from the room, and walk to Playita de Condado, which took no more than 10mins, and that beach is beautiful.

Connected studio in condado

Beautiful location. We saw manatees and sea turtles from the balcony! Very clean, well appointed. Kids had their side and I had mine. Pizza place and sushi place just down the street that are excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Worked in hospitality for over 15 years and took on a new career in Puerto Rico. My background is Argentina and El Salvador. Moved to the island in January of 2019 from Miami, Florida and decided to stay. Puerto Rico definitely stole my heart. It's a great place to have fun, indulge in nature, food, history and it's beautiful culture.

24/7 security on site, safe and quiet area. The building has a generator in case power shuts off. Spectacular views and the location is superb.

The unit is in a central location where you won't need a car to do fun things, restaurants and bars are at your footsteps. Uber pick ups available close to the building. Starbucks nearby and so much more. The view from the room is gorgeous, peaceful, yet lively with views of the beach, kayakers, T-Mobile District Convention Center and sightings of manatees have been caught from the outside balcony.
