The apartment was clean and very cute. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances, and they provided both regular bath towels and beach towels. The location was literally right at the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better place!

The apartment is amazing. I did expect from the description that you'd be able to see the beach fron the upstairs balcony but it is so close to the beach and the wading pool that heats up is so great that it didn't matter. Will definitely stay here again.

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location is great, and in walking distance to everything we needed-grocery store, restaurants, stores, and of course, the beautiful beach! The pool is an added bonus! The hosts are spectacular and provided us with so many restaurant and activity recommendations. Highly recommended staying here!

Amazing location, perfect set up and very clean. Ana is amazing and was the best. Very quick to respond and very helpful. Puerto Rico is beautiful. The beach is literally 12 steps away.

Everthing about our experience was wonderful.The kids had a wonderful time in the pool and at the beach. Mom and their aunt appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and everything about the appartment..I was happy for your attention and communication with me, would definitely would recommend.

Ana was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Ana gave us a list of walkable restaurants and cafes that were great! Safe and easy walk to beach and local restaurants. We enjoyed the heated pool. The house was cozy and stocked with all the essentials.

This was our third visit to PR, and also our third time staying in this apartment. Our older children even called it our “Puerto Rico house” when they were young because they felt so at home there. During our various stays we have had both Ana and Isabel as hosts at various times, and they are both kind and wonderfully helpful. During this trip Ana was our host, and she anticipated our needs before we had them. When the power went out briefly one day, she texted us about how to turn on the generator (we never needed it as we were out for the day in Old San Juan). When recent water rationing started for the area due to severe drought, she informed us that there was a cistern that would get us through if we were mindful about use. The location is fantastic—close to so many of the best restaurants in San Juan. Ocean Park and the surrounding neighborhoods are lovely, and vibrant. Loiza St. has so many gems. It’s a really special area! The Ocean Park beach is truly steps from the front door. It is a really beautiful beach, but parents of young children should be mindful of frequent rough waves and rip tides. Check the swim safe PR app for conditions. The Condado lagoon (both sides), and Boqueron Beach (our favorite in San Juan) are very close for those who need a more gentle beach experience or want to snorkel among schools of colorful fish). The house provides snorkeling gear, sand toys, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, etc. making beach days easy to sort from day one.

Great property - really enjoyed our stay!

Property wonderful, comfortable well stocked with all we needed! Steps from beach and 5 minute walk to wonderful restaurants. Excellent support from owner. Highly recommend!

Great time!

We had such an amazing stay. The host was super helpful and explained everything in detail. The location was wonderful, steps away from the beach just as advertised. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our time in PR and at this wonderful spot and totally appreciate all the help and suggestions made by them :)

Great location, close to almost most of places to visit in San Juan. The property is clean and welcoming. The property manager and the owner were wonderull people made us feel at home.

The location was perfect! The beach was so close but also within walking distance to so many eateries. Great part of San Juan. More spacious than most and very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed although the wifi never worked great. Isabel the owner communicated well before our stay and Ana the property manager was super helpful with check in info and any questions we had while we were there. Responded right away. The apartment had character and charm and we felt right at home. The outdoor areas were nice to have as well.

Perfect Getaway Stay

Tucked just 12-steps from the beach and close to great local restaurants and shops, this villa was the perfect home base for our Puerto Rico getaway. Cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed to relax after days spent exploring. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A true gem in paradise—we can't wait to come back!
