Other Things to Note
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- No outside visitors are allowed.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos.
- One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Saturday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

Perfect accommodation

We were so happy when we walked in to the unit, we’ve stayed at other condos at the Grand Venitian and this place was so much nicer in every way. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing property!!

I cannot say enough about this condo! It is 100% true to the description and in an amazing location. The condo has everything you will need And the communication was great! The restaurant on site has great food and amazing service and there are many restaurants in walking distance.

This unit is gorgeous. Decorated amazing and has everything you need. The views on the front and back porch are amazing. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious!

Everything we needed on a short trip

This is the 2nd time we had stayed in GV and the 1st time at this condo. We love GV because of the location, the many pools, and the wonderful restaurant available onsite. The hosts of this condo are wonderful and easy to communicate with. The condo is clean, well-appointed, and very nice. The office space was really a great addition, and we didn't have to be bored while in the condo since they have streaming apps available on the TVs. We didn't do any cooking, but they have everything that one will need if needed. I highly recommend this condo!

Great Property

The Condo was as described. Beautifully decorated and has amazing views. A few things that were annoying were that the hot water at times was unavailable. Maintenance came immediately and checked but found nothing wrong. There is an optional delivery of purified water to the unit but they never came to our condo after many attempts. Our contact person, Daniella, tried.

Breathtaking views from the 26th floor

This is our 8th stay at the Grand Venetian in the past 3 years. We always stay in tower 3 on various floors, but staying on the 26th floor was absolutely amazing! The outdoor space was wonderful! We ate every meal there and spent most of our time outside. The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and save the leftovers. A surprise bonus was the 4 beach chairs and umbrella. Also if you stay for one week a cleaning crew comes in and does a nice midweek housecleaning. They even provided laundry detergent and dish detergent! This unit is really nicely decorated and the host has paid attention to details! We love it here at Grand Venetian and won’t ever plan on stay anywhere else! Noteworthy: the large pool in the complex is under renovations through some time in July. It didn’t effect us as there are 4 other pools to use and summer is the off season so we always got a chair.

Just ok, could be great!

The location is terrific and the unit is lovely; it's really well-appointed and the listing didn't do the view justice! The unit was comfortable, clean, and the complex with the pools and restaurant was so convenient. I had some pretty major communication issues before and during arrival, leading to me seriously questioning whether I was scammed. I received the info on how to get to the property AFTER the check in; my attempts to explain this did not really translate with the on-site manager. I don't know if it's a VRBO issue or not but it led to a significant amount of stress and frustration before even arriving in PVR. There were workers there (on arrival) loudly chipping tiles out of the balcony floor, and there was no prior notice of this or the following 2 hours of work. They were supposed to come back the following day (we adjusted our day to accommodate them) but they didn't show. They then asked to come back near the end of the stay - which was completely unreasonable. I'm glad I asked for them to delay and should not have had to deal with that during our visit. The major issue was the smell of garbage and sewage coming from the drains and the hallway. This building seems to have an issue with waste management and while it didn't ruin our stay it was a consistent issue. I would return but only after knowing that the garbage/smell issue has been dealt with. I'm also not sure if I will go through VRBO again in light of the communication issues.

Would definitely stay again.

As expected, pics are accurate & it’s well equipped with nice grounds & pools. Beautiful sunsets on the back balcony & amazing city views at night on the front balcony. Would definitely stay again. Things beyond their control, but good to know: The elevator needs some kind of air circulation, even just a fan, it’s a long ride to/from the 26th floor. The onsite restaurant was below average, but we are huge foodies. The restaurant next door is really good & so is Bravo in the Romantic District.
