Ocean view was stunning and the pool was a nice bonus. Plenty of space and a very unique property. It was great having onsite laundry and an outdoor shower. Secluded location and relatively flat compared to some other rental locations nearby. Will definitely return.

The property was a bit hard to find initially. Once we knew where it was it was fineA beautiful location. The views were amazing The property is a bit dated but the upstairs has been nicely remodeled and was greatThe bottom unit was like a separate apartment and was quite datedThe deck and pool were wonderful

Private laundry room, private pool and really everything you need is there! We had the most relaxing time after a whirlwind of weekend events at our daughters wedding at Villa Serenita! The views are amazing and 2,not 1, paths to 2 different beaches-lindquist and Saphire! Comfy beds, privacy, super clean, and a mother in law apartment below if you need! We didn't want to leave! Like a slice of Spain in St Thomas! Charming! We will be returning!

The house is in a fantastic location. The views are great and it is convenient to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the pool and the house is a good size. The house could definitely use some updates. The kitchen wasn't a big deal, but the bathrooms (specifically the showers) could use some repair. The house also needs pest treatment. We saw a lot of ant activity and there were flying beetles all over the outside. I did let the host know about the bugs, and she offered to send someone out to treat them. Unfortunately, the treatment didn't solve the problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Seasound Villa

Wonderful hime away from home for our vacation. Kitchen, sleeping, dining, pool and beach fun all at the home and well very near great shopping, activites and sights.Will sefinitely be back.

Great Place

Views are fantastic, the deck and pool are to die for. Independent room air conditioning made the stay easier and comfortable. Close to Red Hook, shopping, restaurants and the ferry dock. We’ve been to St. Thomas several times, this is the nicest place so far.

Great property, location and view

Had a great time at Sea Sound Villa. View was even better than the pictures show. Easy walk to two small beaches. Hosts responsive and even unpacked our grocery delivery for us! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Stay

The house was as described and was a huge part of our lovely stay on island. We could not have asked for a better place to regroup and rest for all of our on island activities. Gorgeous views, plenty of parking, pool was clean, laundry worked great, no power issues. We would love to come back in the future!

This is an older property that shows it age. The staff and property manager were excellent and responded promptly to any concern. If I lived in this property there would be several upgrades I would make before moving in.

Best way to bring in the big 4-0!

Wonderful views from the property, great location! Laurie was very communicative and answered any questions we had leading up and during, along with suggestions since this was our first time on the island. I’d definitely go back if/when the opportunity arises!

Heaven on Earth!!

This house was absolute perfection for my husband and I! You can not beat the location at all. The views are so amazing that it is hard to leave the property. The pool was fabulous as well. Though there are TVs in every room, we did not turn one on in the week we stayed. The kitchen was fully equipped for our needs with grocery stores close. The bed was very comfortable and actually had great pillows. Laurie was amazing and gave us great tips as well. We will definitely be staying here again! Our new home away from home!

Pics make it look much better than it is

Overall wasn't clean, hot water only lasted enough for 2 people to shower, water pressure in showers was extremely low and barely enough to wash off with, pool was blue but very cloudy. With some maintenence the place could be much nicer.

Just what we needed

This was a great property to stay during our first visit to the Virgin Islands. Only one storm occurred, and that was the first night we were there. The outside porch is so protected, I slept out there during the storm. My sons got a kick out of the fruit growing all over the property and sampled some of the ripe ones. Both my sons want to move to the Virgin Islands now, and one wants to attend the University of Virgin Islands for Marine Biology, so I'm expecting we will be back!

My husband, 2 adult sons, their partners and I spent Christmas and New Year’s 2025 at Sea Sound Villa on St. Thomas. We also celebrated my 65th birthday there.We had a wonderful vacation at Sea Sound! The views are unbelievable and it’s incredibly quiet and private. Beach access, a pool, a huge deck with plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor dining area, and spacious accommodations inside the house. There were beach towels, bath towels, laundry facilities and the kitchen was fully outfitted for cooking/grilling. The living room was big enough and comfortable for family movie nights and game nights. We were able to see fireworks at Sapphire Beach from the deck attached to the house! Amazing!We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit.Laurie and Denis were incredibly hospitable and kind. They sent us info on the house and local area well in advance of our trip and answered any questions we had. They were available during our stay as well. The pool was cleaned several times during our stay and Wendell took great care of the property. Laurie and Denis also saved us from a huge inconvenience during the Venezuelan coup by the US. Our fights were cancelled and Laurie and Denis were so accommodating and helpful.Sea Sound was truly a home away from home (with better views!!!). We wouldn’t hesitate to go back! Fabulous views and location

It would be hard to beat the fabulous views and location of this house. The large porch is where we mainly hung out because of this. Loved the vaulted beamed ceilings! This house is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, the ferry that takes you over to St John’s and beaches which is very nice. I do recommend renting a car as it would be risky walking on the narrow windy roads without sidewalks or walking paths. There are two small beaches you can walk to from the house. One has a small coral rocky shoreline that you would need to be able to swim over to the sandy beach area. The other beach you can walk to has a very narrow shoreline but is sandy. There are very few negatives to this house. The only negatives I would say are that the gardens seem a little rundown and the house is older with some wear and tear and the appliances are older. But the views more than make up for that. We found the directions to the house very hard to follow and it would be nice if there were some signs to follow. The caretakers/owner? Are very easy to get ahold of by phone but do not respond well to emails. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay on your vacation.

This property has the most amazing views. So very beautiful! We loved our time there. The owners were amazing and were always available if we had questions or needed anything. They were extremely helpful and kind. We will absolutely stay there again! It was paradise!!!

The villa had the most amazing view. It was nice and roomy and had everything you needed, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, pool, towels, pool floats. Good location. Very responsive host. We did enjoy our stay there and would be happy to come back.

Four Nights in St Thomas

Checkin could have been smoother though Denis was very nice and made himself easily available. The main part of the house is lovely with a fully furnished kitchen and ample seating and lounging. The AC worked well. The pool was clean and refreshing. So our girls could sleep closer together the parents slept in the apartment downstairs. That whole basement area wasn't what I'd had hoped for in our vacation getaway. The grounds need upkeep which bothered me I guess more than anything else. The property is large and has so much potential. This all said, the views were fantastic. Denis was fast to respond to our needs and very nice. I wish him all the best with future rentals and guests.

Perfect!

The property was in a great location and easy to get to. It was room and comfortable for the 7 of us staying there, but the most outstanding part was that view. A giant porch with the million-dollar view had us lingering over morning coffee and the best spot for afternoon drinks. It was just so relaxing.

Beautiful place to stay

We had an amazing time at this property. The house has everything you need. It is well laid out and comfortable. More important, the views are incredible. Having breakfast at the porch every morning is an experience we will not forget. The host was very kind and responsive. Only positive memories!

This property is as pictured and is located very conveniently to red hook. Denis was very accommodating and responsive to all of our needs and we absolutely loved the house and the pool. The view was outstanding and breath taking. Highly recommended!!!
