With 1750 interior square feet and 750 exterior square feet, you'll have plenty of room to gain privacy when desired. The tranquil gardens feature an abundance of colorful flora, plus fruit trees (orange, lemon, lime, and avocado), Traveler Palm, and a Ficus privacy hedge. By day, see sunrise swirls of color, watch sailboats make their way on the shimmering sea, and by night, stargaze and dance by the light of the moon - delightful!
