Our condo, which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is located in the heart of Avon, Colorado with quick access to premier skiing at Beaver Creek Mountain and Vail Ski Resorts. A free shuttle to Vail is available and it’s just a 1 minute walk to the Riverfront Gondola.

The condo is located in the charming town of Avon where you can explore local shops and restaurants. In the morning, swing by Loaded Joe’s for a gourmet hot drink on the covered patio with mountain views, or head to town in the evenings to experience one-of-a-kind restaurants.

In the warmer seasons, paddle board, kayak, and swim in Nottingham Lake -- a pleasant 1 minute walk. For a fun outing, drive 14 minutes to the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater and take your pick from an array of cultural and musical performances.

During your stay, take advantage of the Avon Recreation Center's close proximity. Day passes and multiple punch pass options are available for purchase. The center offers something for everyone, including a lazy river, pool, hot tub, and a full fitness center with a separate cardio room and aerobics area.

Our condo features all of the comforts of home, full kitchen stocked with kitchen wares, coffee maker, hi-speed internet, in unit self service laundry and a small balcony with outdoor furniture, overlooking the ski mountain.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
