Approximately 1,166 square feet, this spacious Two- Bedroom Deluxe Suite features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin Bed(s) in the guest bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including a kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. Maximum of 6 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, Washer/Dryer In Unit, DVD Player, Stereo, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio, Elevator Access-Some, Fireplace-Some, Jetted Tub and Stairs-Most

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Pagosa is La Plata Airport which is 38.52 miles by car respectively.

Pool & Hot Tub Information: Pool hours are 6 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for specific information.

Wyndham Vacation Properties

We had a positive experience staying at this property. It was very spacious, clean, and had one of the best 2-bedroom layouts we have ever seen. We really liked the free standing bath tub and spacious master suite. Kitchen, dinning and living areas- all amenities are there and the responsiveness from the front desk staff and property manager was very good. The only reason I didn’t score this property perfectly is because I felt it was slightly misrepresented. This is a Wyndham vacation resort (like a time share). The pictures of the property did not represent our accommodations. We stayed in a 2-story condo 12-plex facing other parking lots and more of the same types buildings. The photos showed single story house-like units surrounded by the golf course. Upon check-in day, we were contacted by the property manager and told Good Morning (Name withheld) We are reaching out in reference to your reservation in Wyndham Pagosa. You have booked our Owner Resort unit from our Owner (name withheld), you will need to provide this information to the Front Desk when they ask how your Reservation was made, please provide them that you booked directly with our Owner (name withheld ). If you provide the front desk that you booked from some other site or channel(like VRBO), and the reservation will be cancelled, WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUND. Please ensure that you are providing the front desk with the Owners information and that you booked from our Owner unit directly. We wanted to make sure you have received this message kindly respond OK to this reminder to acknowledge. Thank You. To be honest, this made us a little concerned as we drove from several states away. It all worked out- once there the front desk staff were very responsive and attentive to our needs. Great place but the properties will be assigned by availability from throughout the resort - this is not an individual property you are renting from a single owner.

We definitely want to return to this place!

We got a deluxe suite in Teal Landing and were impressed with the CLEANLINESS of the unit, interior layout and space, furnishings!! and the location/view of the lake (albeit frozen right now). The property felt safe and cared for. The employees we interacted with were all great (…minus the checkout lady who was very rude and unprofessional because we weren’t aware that it was a cardinal sin to bring the pool towels and key cards back to her…some people are just void of class so chalking her up to that group and moving on…) and the property amenities are many, varied and much appreciated!

Lovely spot!

This property was beautiful! They should update the photos to show the current things available in the Family Fun Center, and to clarify that they don’t have kayaks or bikes for rent on property, but nearby. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the room in Masters Place and the epic views.
