Aloha and come stay in our Large Luxury 3 Bedroom Villa with Fairway Views and near pool!!

Explore our Island of Hawaii, from Mauna Kea snow-capped mountain to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park where you can see how active Kilauea volcano is.

About our villa, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath villa, with garage and extra reserved stall located in Waikoloa Colony Villas in the Waikoloa Resort. Large kitchen, dining room table for 6 and open living room with a large screen tv. A half bath is located near entry way. Lanai is right off the living room with seating for 4 for your outdoor meals.
Upstairs is 2 guest bedrooms; the first guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the 2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed. And a full bathroom next to guest bedroom. The end of the hallway is the master suite with a large screen tv, large master closet and a full master bathroom. Master bedroom also has a lanai that overlooks the fairway views. For parking, you will have access to garage and also a reserved parking stall. Villa is also in walking distance to 1 of 2 pools and tennis courts located in the Waikoloa Colony Villas.

Waikoloa Beach Resort is a destination resort centrally located on the Kohala Coast 18 miles north of Kona Airport. It is designed around beautiful, palm-studded Anaehoomalu Bay or A Bay, The Waikoloa golf courses and two shopping, restaurants and entertainment centers - The Queens Market Place and The King Shops.

Anaehoomalu Bay offers a pristine sandy beach with sports activities and rentals, shoreline paths, a giant turtle refuge and ancient royal fishponds, 5 minutes away.

Beautiful property, incredibly clean and well maintained.

Perfect family vacation! Thank you for the beautiful property that is all around well maintained. House was clean, well stocked and very convenient with the pool across the parking area and beach and shopping within 4 min drive. Peaceful and so relaxing.

Beautiful home!

This was such a beautiful place to stay in a great location. It was clean, bright, and well laid out. The property manager was really helpful and very responsive. Staying here was ideal for our family of four, and could have comfortably accommodated several more people. The price for the quality of place made it a great deal.

Beautiful

Family stayed a week. Grandchildren going off to college in fall. This home was beautiful and well-equipped with all essential cook and dinnerware AC worked great. Beach gear provided. Area was quiet but with easy access to everything in Waikoloa Beach resort area and beach areas. Would highly recommend this property.

With all the kitchenwares, beach umbrellas chairs n cooler definitely came in handy!Tight squeeze for the Expedition but it just made it in with the move of some things into the unit.Overall it was a lovely unit!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean, but not set up for 6 people. Kitchen was not stocked for cooking larger meals. Not enough towels to shower with. Took 2 days to get a kitchen faucet replaced that had been leaking before we arrived.

Aloha and thank you for your feedback. Our 3 bedroom villa is equipped for 6 guest. It had linen and towels for more then 6 guest. Towels are hanging up and extra are in cabinet. We brought you more bath towel sets has you requested and also baking sheets/pans as you requested. You did contact us on 2/5 regarding kitchen faucet leak and a handyman was contacted and scheduled to repair with a new faucet. Cleaning staff was sent over to put down any towels and bucket to protect cabinet and wall. Leaking occurred when using faucet. Pan under sink was always there and there was no leak prior to your arrival. If there was, it would have been fixed. The old faucet hose was found with crack in it due to wear and tear. The condition of this vacation rental is in great shape and have had many satisfied guests. Thank you again for staying with us. Mahalo
