ABOUT OUR SPACE:
✶The Condo: The unit is a ground level unit conveniently located just a 30 seconds walk to the pool and jacuzzi.

✶Outside: There is a beautiful courtyard which is in view from the kitchen windows, lined with tropical plants, palms, and flowers, to give you the idyllic Florida feeling you desire.

✶Living Room: Spacious, bright, warm, and inviting. The living room is open concept adjacent to the dining room and kitchen. Tons of natural light floods in from the windows in the front and the sliders in the back. Relax on the lazy boy couch, kick back and watch your favorite Netflix movies!

✶Bedroom 1: is the bedroom nearest the front of the condo and offers two twin beds and a walk in closer. Additionally there is a TV for your entertainment in the bedroom, as well as a pack and play and additional beach and cleaning supplies in the closet.

✶Bedroom 2: The master suite is spacious, and boasts a queen sized bed and bathroom. There is an office desk as a designated work space as well.

✶Kitchen: is open and spacious and is well stocked for all your cooking and baking needs. There is an electric cook top, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. We also have your essential appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, blender, Keurig machine and more.

✶2 Bathrooms: one in the master suite and one guest bathroom. The gust bathroom has a tub whereas the other bathroom has a stand shower.

ASSOCIATION:
Cross Creek is a beautiful and sprawling complex with over 260 acres with a golf course, beautiful lakes, and a clubhouse. The condo association is conveniently located near the Bell Tower Shops with dozens of shops, restaurants, and stores: from ice cream to fine dining! It is very peaceful, quiet, and calm. Many of the owners and residents reside here part-time, looking for that perfect Florida getaway.

The golf course has been newly rennovated along with the swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub! The association offers serene and idyllic peace for relaxing, while being close enough to downtown Fort Meyers (20 minutes) and the beach (25 minutes) where you won't miss out on any of the action!
