The entry hardware has been repaired and is functioning properly, the grill has been addressed, and we have implemented additional checks to ensure everything is in good working order prior to arrival. Additionally, the home is now enrolled in a scheduled trash service that brings the bins to the curb and returns them based on the city collection schedule. This ensures trash is handled consistently and avoids any issues for arriving guests. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, as feedback like this allows us to make improvements quickly.
