This home features three stylish bedrooms tailored for relaxation and flexibility. The primary suite boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third is perfect for kids or groups with four twin beds. Bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, high-end toiletries, and hairdryers for your comfort.

Kitchen & Dining:
The open-concept kitchen is a dream for entertainers and home chefs alike. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and ample counter space, you’ll find everything you need—from a coffee maker and toaster to a wine set and BBQ utensils. The spacious dining table seats 8, ideal for shared meals or game nights.

Lounge Spaces:
Bright, open lounge with cozy seating and Smart TV. Stream your favorite apps using Fire TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Includes books, board games, beach gear, and a small workspace for remote work.

Outdoor Oasis
Private fenced backyard with heated above-ground pool, sun deck, and loungers. BBQ grill available for cookouts. Perfect for relaxing, swimming, and enjoying Florida sunshine day or night.

• Self-check-in from 4 PM | Check-out at 11 AM
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Pet Policy: Max 2 dogs (≤45 lbs), $75–$300 fee per pet (varies by stay) Only approved pets are permitted, and we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and aren’t left unattended or unapproved
• Smoking indoors is prohibited
• Towels are not replenished daily—reasonable use expected
• Long-stay discounts auto-applied at booking
• BBQ propane available upon request for $40
• Pool Heating Fee - A $10/day fee applies if you would like the pool heater turned on. Please let us know the night before your check-in so we can arrange for our team to have it ready prior to your arrival.

Pool & Pool Heating Policy

• The pool is included as a standard amenity.
• Pool heating is NOT included in the reservation and is considered an optional add-on service.
• Pool heating fee: $10 per day.
• Advance notice is required (at least the night before check-in).
• The heater typically takes 24–30 hours to warm the pool.
