Beautifully appointed with thoughtful designer touches, the home’s light and bright interior presents a coveted open layout. Wall-to-wall windows and sliding glass door patio access offer seamless indoor/outdoor living. Begin vacation mornings with a cup of coffee on the furnished patio and, when hunger strikes, head inside to make breakfast. Anchored by a center island with seating for six, the sparkling kitchen is complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a double oven. An elegant chandelier illuminates the dining table set for six, while the adjacent living room boasts comfortable seating for the whole group.

With six TVs and in-home high-speed WiFi, everyone will find something to entertain them. Kid-friendly extras include a high chair, booster seat, Pack 'n Play, an Xbox, and a baby monitor, while central air-conditioning and the washer/dryer add convenience during your stay. Things to Know
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
The beach shuttle runs Saturdays and Sundays, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
The 2024 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six (6) and above, while using our amenities, including the pools, Clubhouse/Fitness Center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the Clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards. The replacement cost for lost access card is $50.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
