*Pool, clubhouse including gym, PICKLE BALL COURT, pool tables and poker tables are **available for an additional fee $35 per person for the week of your stay to be paid to clubhouse attendant at time of stay (children 6 and under are free of charge).

** Adult must accompany children at pool as there is no Lifeguard.

Strict No Smoking and No Pets Policy (as per HOA bylaws for rentals).

*No more than 12 guests may stay overnight in home unless discussed with owner and owners give permission.

OVERFLOW PARKING

(vehicles that don't fit either in garage or driveway) must parked in nearby clubhouse. Parking on road or grass is prohibited. Per HOA
