This was a great home to stay in during our latest trip. The only minor inconvenience was the power outages which of course was out of the owners control but a generator in the future would be a great addition to the property. Amazing views and a very comfortable home.

The property was perfect for our group of seven. Our kitchen was filled with working appliances and plenty of dishes and utensils. We enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool with Cruz Bay as our background-AMAZING!!!We would definitely stay here again!!

The location and view was amazing. The beds are really comfortable. Four couples came along for this vacation. Tile work is exquisite and must have really been something up scale when the house was built. Our only suggestion is more seating in the common area to allow more people. The bathrooms need a little TLC and the house felt not as clean as we expect when traveling. With all that said we had a wonderful experience and the host was very responsive. I think an additional 4 beach chairs were purchased because I asked if there were enough for 8 people.

This is a lovely house with lots of room for everyone. There were 7 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed it here. Excellent view, satisfactory kitchen. It was well equipped. The pool is lovely and we all enjoyed it. The greeter was patient while we waited to get our rental car and gave us a walk through when we arrived. I highly recommend this place for a large family.

The property itself is beautiful, we found it a bit cramped for 10 of us, but losing power (no fault to the home) made it very difficult for us to stay. This home needs a generator as we found out that power outages do happen. The road to the home was in terrible shape, leaving us to not want to make plans to go out a lot, although a lot of the roads in the area are similar, we ended up having to change places and found a place with more space, a generator and better conditions of the roads. We made the best of it and the home was very nice.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way! We had a fantastic stay on St. John with three families - the house was perfect for kids and adults alike. The view from the infinity pool will blow your mind. We can’t wait to come back!

Our group did self check-in as we have been to St. John before (and will be back). The check in was very smooth and easy. The home was very clean and ready to go. Throughout our booking process the management company (Beville Getaways) was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. We were able to fit our 3 4-door jeeps down in the parking area at the house. I think I read somewhere only 2 jeeps would fit. Be sure to back down the driveway so you can pull out forward when leaving. The pool was great for our kids, we got the fountain to work and the lights. The kids loved feeding the cats. The water in the cistern lasted our group of 12 all week. We did have a couple of rain storms, but we followed the water conservation house policies and it worked just fine. We got our groceries at the Dolphin Market just down below the house and it worked well. The home is a little older and in need of a few repairs. I think they try and minimize repair costs so they can keep the rental price lower, which was fine with us. It was still a great house for our group. Our group gives the property and the Host 5 stars for great job!

Perfect house for a big group

We loved staying at the Sapphire Breeze! The views are incredible and there is plenty of space! The property management was available to help with anything we had questions about.

If your going to st. John you got to stay here!

The stay was Amazing!! Came out here for a birthday trip and wouldn’t have done it different. The property has everything you could ask for! The property is lovely, the view was breathtaking, super spacious, amenities were awesome lovely hot tub and pool, host/team were super friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. There were 4 couples in our group. The villa was spacious and well-equipped. The management company was very responsive. The island was without power for over 25 hours and there was no generator at the house. They did have coolers, but a generator would've been convenient. Great views from the 2 main floor bedrooms and porch. The mattress pads on the beds need to be replaced.

Great time!

Absolutely breathtaking view of St. John stayed in the house with 10 people and we all were comfortable and had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend this.

Vacation was a Breeze!

Great location! Lots of space inside and outside. Beach chairs, floats, coolers provided to use. Comfy beds, plenty of kitchen supplies. Easy checkin and checkout process. Would book again!

Beautiful views ! Love the close location to the amenities. This was a beautiful unique home in its prime . Great for our larger group. The kids loved the cat . A little bit differed house maintenance is the only reason this isn’t a five star . Like much of the island homes this isn’t as well maintained as some on the island ie St. John Great House . But this is still beautiful .

Great Location

House is very charming and has breathtaking views. Plenty of space for family and friends. We did run into a few issues while staying but Sean was very responsive and quick to fix things to make our stay better. The pool and hot tub was the family’s favorite spot.

Beautiful!

Our group had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. The house is very well stocked, clean, and stunning. Both Sean and the rental company on island were incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Perfect View, Almost Perfect House

I you stay on the top level, this house is really amazing because of the infinity pool overlooking great cruz bay! The lower level really needs some TLC, especially the bathroom holes in drywall, moldy grout, and lack of working lights in the shower.

Dream vacation

We were blown away by the view from the house the minute we walked in! The rental company was very accommodating and we were able to check in early. The house was clean and we loved the different spaces for our group. We had 3 families and everyone was able to have their own space. Pool was great! Close to beaches and downtown. Some of our group had seen the listing with a hot tub which was no longer there. Otherwise, everything was as we expected.

Our group of 12 stayed here for 5 nights. We had an amazing time and loved this property so much! It is a very unique and beautiful place to stay. The house is definitely setup for a large group as each bedroom is essentially separate from the others. The two bedrooms in the lower area share a really unique bathroom and a kitchenette. This was perfect for the younger people in our group who wanted to stay up later and not keep everyone else awake.The house was very clean and we appreciated the soft beds and pillows. We all slept very well! The power did go out once during our stay (due to a car accident locally) and we didn't have water in the morning. The staff was very responsive and sent someone out very quickly and reset the water pump. The pool was so much fun and we made sure to make the most of it during our stay even though we had a couple of rainy days. Overall we had a wonderful time and are so happy we chose this property for our trip! We highly recommend it!

The view alone from this house alone is worth the money. Spectacular view that never got old. The house is awesome. It’s a little precarious to get to but that’s island life. The house met our needs with 9 people. Close to anything we wanted to do. We had some questions/issues (like gas grill needing more gas) and upon calling after hours, mgmt answered on first ring and had all my issues resolved same day or following morning. We’ve never experienced the island like we did. I loved this house and it made the experience of the island 10/10. I’d rent it again but I’d like to explore their other properties to see different views of the islands. The only thing that was weird about the house were how the lights were laid out. There were a lot of light switches and it took all week to figure out what they all did. Not a big deal, but the light switches weren’t mapped like one would assume. Again, not a problem, just a learning experience. I would absolutely rent this house again and working with this company. This house took our vacation to the next level and made it unforgettable. That view…that view….. we will be returning in the years to come.

Amazing villa w/ fantastic views!!!

My family and I rented Sapphire Breeze for a week. The villa itself is beautiful and full of eclectic island touches. We absolutely loved the infinity pool with the waterfall overlooking the Westin and Chocolate Hole. Made it so easy for quick dunks after the beach or those times when we wanted the ability to swim but didn't want to have to do the whole pack-out to the beach. The villa is located less than 5 mins from downtown Cruz Bay and three grocery stores, which was very convenient. A/C's in all rooms worked amazingly and the kitchen included everything we needed. The landscaping was beautiful. can't wait to book a return trip to Sapphire Breeze!
