Welcome To Chambre 305

******The unit is fine and elevator is operational after storms Helene & Milton, but there was extensive damage to the lobby and pool area. The pool is scheduled to be repaired and open to guests by the middle of May, 2025******

This brightly furnished, 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 and has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home cooked meal. The primary bedroom features a California King bed and ensuite bath.
The guest bedroom has two Twins. The spacious living room has a Queen sleeper sofa plus access to a beautiful balcony. Cable and Wi-Fi are available at no additional cost.

Just steps to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk across the street to John's Pass Village where you will find shopping, restaurants and even a pirate ship. If you feel up to a little adventure, take the stairs to the upper level and feed my favorite alligators. If you are brave enough the owner will let you hold a "gator" and give it a little kiss!!

When the day is done you can relax and watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico. See you soon!

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

Not so great!

We stayed for a week and definitely felt harassed by the management. Found a cockroach in the bathroom drawer. Twin bed mattress was terrible and the pull out couch mattress rolled you into the middle. Beautiful location and super close to Johns Pass.

Relaxing Getaway

The condo is in a fantastic location and not too far from bridge access. Easy walk to John's Pass where there are numerous eateries and shops. While dining on the water you will see dolphins, pelicans and may see a fisherman bring in a huge catch. Great fishing under the bridge. Condo was equipped with necessities and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The ocean view was beautiful!

Spring Break

We love this property. It's in a great location close to John's Pass, but just far enough away which makes it a little more quiet/relaxing. Our condo was perfect for our family of 4. The only recommendation we have is the bed in the master bedroom is not very comfortable. I would recommend the owner upgrade the mattress.

Nice Condo Balcony Needs To Be Fixed

The room was nice and clean. However, we received a call two days before we were supposed to check in stating we could not use the balcony and they did not have anyone that could fix it. We rented this condo because we enjoy being ocean front and sitting on the balcony so we were very disappointed.

Great Family Friendly location

It was great to be so close to Johns Pass, but far enough away from any craziness. So easy to spend the day at the beach and pool, then walk to Johns Pass for dinner/shopping. Great relaxing week!
