It was a beautiful property and excellent location. Communication was easy and great with host. It built special memories and we look forward to booking again!

There were a few empty beer bottles left in the master bathroom and behind the nightstand.The cabin was nice and clean otherwise.However this is the first place I’ve stayed in with literally no games or movies or anything.The tvs worked but the main tv’s inputs are jacked nothing lines up to what is on the printout. Remotes didn’t work probably the batteries but none the less.Overall the cabin was nice and the owners responsive when we needed them.Cabin was also extremely conveniently located to the strip with an easy drive to get down there.

Perfect location

Great location not too far from the parkway. Cabin was very nice, clean and the master bed was very comfortable. Will stay again.

Great Cabin

Wonderful clean cabin. Excellent location. Hot tub has great jet strength and beds have adjustable base and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Review

Cabin was perfect for my fiancé and I. Lots of space and was cozy like a home. We loved how close it was to the strip so we could come and go as we wanted. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again.

Relaxing

Check in was simple. Cabin was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Host kept in touch with me all the time. Great hot tub.

VERY PLEASANT!

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Great showers/bathrooms and hot tub. Fine porch w/furniture on which to relax. Extremely convenient (approx 2 minutes) to parkway and all places of interest. We have been coming to the area for many years, and this may be the best overall cabin we have had.

Smokey Mountain Spring Break

The cabin was awesome, with an actual bearskin hanging from the rafters. It was beautiful and cozy, with lots of cool decor. The beds were comfortable. One cool feature was being able to have a fire going in the fireplace with the turn of a dial. The porches were nice to get outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The hot tub was a great place to kick back at the end of the day. The bathrooms were spacious and nice. The kitchen was well equipped and functional

Family trip

The cabin was excellent. Just as described. A very short drive down the hill into town. The host was very available and nice. We didn't sit out on the porches but would have if it was warmer. The only thing I wish I had known was there was no iron. I would have brought one. But all else was perfect.

Great spot.

Thanks Lauren. Love this place. We rate it 10:10. This house was perfect for us. King bed---first floor. Great shower. Modern refrig and stove. Easy and quick access to Dollywood where grandson works. Suggest instructions for hot tub. Also....go to Cookie Dough Monster ----Travel Advisor : Best hidden gem in US! And Local GOAT fish and chips! Superb.! Lock doors at night or when gone----a bear was spotted roaming the neighborhood and this driveway!

Great Cabin - Close to Zorbing

This property was absolutely wonderful. A bit quirky (the kitchen light switch was behind the fridge) but overall absolutely wonderful. Both bedrooms were great, the bunk beds were very appealing (though we did not use them). The kitchen was fully kitted out with a blender (so we made pina coladas). The hot tub was wonderful and spacious. The only minor issue we had was due to the Dack app being required to get the access information to the property. There was a phone mishap at Dollywood that made it so the person who had downloaded the Dack app could not access it -- so I'd recommend making sure everyone in your party downloads the app ahead of time.

Worse than awful

Worst VRBO experience and horrible hosts. Our attorney has accepted the case to get money back because there's enough evidence of false advertisement of property and non-compliance with VRBO camera disclosure policy. Just SOME of the reasons why this place sucks: -undisclosed exterior cameras (shows on website but not if you use mobile app exclusively) -NASTY house, sent tons of pics and while they refunded the cleanig fee, that doesn't fix the nasty -large broken decor just laying on the ground -busted up blinds -tons of trash off back deck -owners reply but dont rectify -outdoor furniture is gross and falling apart -beds are AWFUL and lumpy -fridge doesn't get cold enough for drinks let alone food (we lost $200 worth of food) -washer has a gross smell

The cabin could be nice and close the town. The cabin wasn’t clean 1/10. We had three young kids and their hands and feet were black from the floors. The carpet and chairs had a ton of stains and dirty. The air unit wasn’t blowing cold. They had put window units in but didn’t keep it comfortable. They had extension cords to run the units along the floor which was a concern with kids. The worst part of the stay was had to leave a night early We came in from being out all day. The smoke/carbon monoxide detectors were beeping very loudly. Wouldn’t turn off. I called the office number and was informed someone would be out the next day during business hours. That is extremely concerning if it would be a carbon monoxide issue. I couldn’t keep my family in somewhere I didn’t feel safe with gas in the house. Left a voicemail we left early. 24 hours later and yet to hear back…. Been coming every summer since 2009 and this is my worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying in alpine village if it was free.
