Excellent communication with Hailey throughout the process. A quick trip and short stay but a perfect place for my wife and I to see our daughter for a couple days. And enjoy a few days of cool weather outside of a hot hot TX.

The property was clean and cozy. Perfect for our small family! I really appreciated the little details, like k-cups for the Keurig. The location made it easy to get to local attractions. Hailey is a great host, very personable and communicative.

We had a lovely stay! I loved the layout of the space and my friends and I throughly enjoyed ourselves. My only complaint is that the listing did not disclose that the house was a duplex. I personally did not have an issue with it that but I know people with kids may try to stay away from being in such close proximity with neighbors.

We do our best to ensure guests are aware that the property is a duplex prior to booking, which is why we include that information in our listing description. We’re glad you enjoyed the layout and had a great time with your friends, and it was a pleasure hosting you!

Good location for golfers looking to play along the Beltline area. Close to numerous courses.

Very convenient location to the NE Grand Rapids golf courses. Very clean, would stay again no doubt just wished the tv/cable/zumo box was easier to navigate and get national stations.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us, Randy! We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location and found the home to be clean and comfortable. The property is equipped with a smart TV loaded with streaming apps, allowing guests to log into their own accounts and enjoy their preferred shows, movies, and sports. While cable is not provided, as noted in the listing, we’re always happy to assist with navigating the system if any questions arise. We appreciate you choosing our property and would be happy to host you again!

Thank you!

Spent the weekend at this spot and it was perfect for a low-key bachelor party trip! The location was great, the space was clean and well-maintained, and Hailey was excellent with communication even when Vrbo's automated check-in code for the door locks failed to send. I'd highly recommend this location to folks looking for a local getaway!

Great Location

The best part about this rental was how close it was to restaurants, breweries and shops. The rental was clean and check in was easy. Some details could use a little updating, the toilet seat should probably be replaced, but it was an overall pleasant experience. Hailey was very responsive and helpful as well!

Very comfy, quiet, and clean. We slept very well and had everything we needed. Recommendations for the property: a good butcher knife, a regular coffee pot, and fans in both rooms. Other than that, very well accommodated.

Thanksgiving Visit

We had such a wonderful time in GR for thanksgiving. Hailey’s property was just as described and pictured - so cute, in a quiet neighborhood, and overall perfect for our family. We loved how centrally located it was since we had family in Belmont and Caledonia. And it only took us minutes to get To downtown GR for a dinner on the town! Hailey was super responsive to our questions, and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our family trip. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit!!!

Nice house. Would have been nice to know that only seating upstairs is the dining table. Those unable to handle stairs can not get to living area. Nice neighborhood.

This is an updated duplex that has previously been smoked in. Some of the updates are nice. Beds are comfortable, sheets are incredibly cheap. Kitchen is functional minus the cookware which needs to be replaced. It’s nice that there’s an extra bed in basement.

Coluldent leave quick enough.

Pleasent decore, comfortable beds. Unfortinitly the musty air within the house made us sick. We only stayed in the house 1 of our 4 nite rental. We reaced out to host for resolution, without reasonable resolution.

Clay, we strive to provide every guest with a 5-star stay and are always quick to respond to concerns when given the opportunity. In this case, we were only made aware of your concerns after you had already left, but still offered to do whatever we could to make your stay more comfortable — an offer you declined. We encourage all guests to reach out during their stay so we can assist promptly, as we are committed to clear communication and guest satisfaction.

Nice! Clean! Safe! Quiet! Unusual set up with no seating other than the dining room table on the main floor. Television and couches are all in the basement. Not really a problem but a little different.
