Needed three bedrooms/3 baths for 5 adults attending daughter's wedding in Grand Rapids. The lovely VRBO was perfect! Everything was pristine! Comfortable beds, great sitting area, full kitchen, ideal location. Host made sure everything was perfect and even helped me carry in my luggage. House was beautiful and comfortable. Location is ideal for running or walking. Pleasant deck to sit on with coffee in the AM. Truly an ideal spot.

The hosts were amazing!! Very helpful with suggestions and very kind. We got to chat with one of the owners and got to hear about the history of the home, and the 3 generations that have brought it back to life. The hosts gave us some recommendations on breakfast sandwiches that were only served certain days at the La Vacca Butchery just down the road. They were delicious!! One of the evenings we had reservations at MeXo Tequila & Mezcal Bar and Restaurant. We all enjoyed their authentic food, atmosphere and cocktails. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom for the 3 couples. It was clean and well taken care of. Beds are comfortable. Living room could use another couch for a more comfy lounge vibe, but we loved our stay here. Thanks so much for having us.

Property was just as it was described. We had a separate entrance which was nice and allowed us to come and go easily. The house was spacious; it allowed us to spread out or be together - which was nice. I would highly recommend the house. It had all the comforts of home and was close to downtown and centrally located to where our daughter lives. Thanks again for everything, and for being so accommodating to our needs.

Stayed with my family for a week-long event at the DeVos Center this past week. Everything worked out well, and John & Nathan made everything run smoothly. The accommodations were even better than expected for a historic home. This place is thoroughly renovated with modern conveniences. The bedrooms had comfortable and aesthetically pleasing beds, the central air conditioning with thermostat worked flawlessly, the kitchen was well-equipped (we cooked most meals), the washer & dryer are located in a separate secure room just outside the unit door and worked just fine. Driveway parking was very convenient, and trash and recycle bins were easy to access. The unit was very clean, the neighborhood quiet with lots of shade trees, and the 15-20 minute walk to the Devos Center and back through the "Medical Mile" was easy to navigate ... although there is a long hill to climb coming back from the river area. So "Heritage Hill" lives up to its name. We would recommend this place highly.
