Urban Retreat with Garage on Mt Washington

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything Pittsburgh has to offer from this centrally located place. Steps away from a grocery store and a variety of restaurants/bars, you can also take the famous Pittsburgh Incline down to a trolley station and travel all throughout the city including to the North Shore where the stadiums and casino are located. In addition, it is a short walk to the famous city views at the Grandview Overlooks.

Walk in the front door to an open floor plan with a cozy living area with two large couches and a 65" wall mounted TV. Notice the 9 foot ceilings. A stunning dining table with 4 chairs and an arc floor lamp are located near a window overlooking the side yard. Enjoy the fantastic, modern kitchen filled with all the utensils and gear you need to cook up a master meal and drip coffee pot with complimentary coffee grounds. There is a deck off of the kitchen with two comfortable zero-gravity chairs. Head back inside and upstairs and you will find a large full bathroom with dual sinks. The bathroom's 2nd door leads to one of the entryways of the large king bedroom that includes two long closets on either side. The King bedroom features ample storage space, a ceiling fan, and a luxurious bed with two stunning lamps on either side. Head up to the 3rd floor and you will find a spacious bedroom with two single beds, up to 10' ceilings with sky light, a ceiling fan and a walk in closet. Newly purchased front-loading washer and dryer are located in the garage-level basement.

The townhome features a drip coffee pot with complimentary coffee grounds, a variety of tea, and light snacks for when you check-in. Note also that a grocery store is steps away so you will be able to do all of your grocery shopping quickly and easily!

Garage
The townhome has a garage for 1 vehicle and another two parking spots in the driveway straight back from the garage.

Miscellaneous
Most everything you need is included in the home such as bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dishes, glassware, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, moisturizing cream, Q-tips, etc.

What We Don't Supply
The only things to note for most guests to bring is your toothbrush and toothpaste, and, of course, all the belongings you need or want to bring. Also, note that the house does not currently have some baby-related items, but we do have a pack 'n play type crib. If you are bringing young children please bring everything else you need for them (high chairs, gates, etc). We do include a dog gate, but that should not be used to block off toddlers at the top of steps because it is not made for that and not sturdy enough.

The townhouse features three off street parking spaces - two in the driveway and one in the garage. Mt Washington is a safe and very walkable neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, bars, a bakery, a coffee shop, an ice cream parlor and a grocery store steps away. It is also a 4 minute walk to the Grandview Overlooks and Monongahela Incline which travels down to the Station Square Trolley Station, offering quick access to anywhere in the downtown area. By car, it is an 8-10 minute drive to downtown and to the North Shore (Acrisure Stadium / PNC Park / Casino / Carnegie Science Center).

Check yourself in with the keypad on the front door. I will send you an access code a couple of days before your first night stay.

Notes about charges
If a “Guest Service Fee” shows on the breakdown of charges for your stay, that is not charged by us. That is the fee charged to guests by the rental site you used. When booking remember to include the total number of guests and also the number of dogs (1 or 2).
