Summary:
No 314 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family condo. Located 30 steps up in the corner of the top floor, this condo offers amazing ocean views from a balcony. Enjoy the king bed in the bedroom or sleep on the queen bed or sleeper sofa in the living room, which features a gas fireplace. A bathtub and a full kitchen stocked with basic cookware round out this condo's amenities, but you also get access to the HOA's pool, the easy beach access staircase on the property, and great Wi-Fi.

The Space:
No 314 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family condo. Located 30 steps up in the corner of the top floor, this condo offers amazing ocean views from a balcony. Enjoy the king bed in the bedroom or sleep on the queen bed or sleeper sofa in the living room, which features a gas fireplace. A bathtub and a full kitchen stocked with basic cookware round out this condo's amenities, but you also get access to the HOA's pool, the easy beach access staircase on the property, and great Wi-Fi.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Great location and easy check in process. We enjoyed our stay and loved the view!One suggestion would be to make the emailed information more concise so we can easily find wi-fi password, pool location, car registration info, etc. I felt like we had to sort through a lot of info and couldn't always find the simple answer we needed. Place was clean and adequately stocked. The pool/hot tub area smelled kinda musty. Thanks for a great time overall!

Best access to beach

We loved the easy beach access and the fact that our room had a big window and deck overlooking the ocean! There was plenty of space for all 5 of us to sleep, a full kitchen and fireplace which kept us warm on chilly evenings. My singular disappointment was that the two large screen TVs did not have the capability to stream WiFi, so we spent less time watching TV...maybe not such a bad thing:-)

Great Location. Great Memories!

We have a 2 and 4 year old boy. We loved being right on the beach. Watching the waves while drinking coffee or after dinner at night was amazing. Our boys loved making sand castles, flying kites, and swimming in the pool and hot tub every day! It was awesome to make breakfast or lunch in our condo and go out or order in for dinner. One day we made the 40 minute drive to the Oregon Coast Aquarium and we all had such a great experience!

The room accommodates family of 5 easily! The view was astronomical and the fireplace was perfect! The pillows and bed absolutely SUCK! My husband is still experiencing neck pain and we have been home for 2 days. We would definitely go back there, but bringing our own pillows next time.

Maintenance issues.

It had a beautiful view.The mattress in the seperate room needs replaced. It has a really bad sag in it. There were no pot holders. The screen in the balcony window needs replaced it is broken. And all the sinks drain really slow. The bathroom door needs a door stop installed to save the wall from more damage.Could use a more thorough cleaning. The condo itself was ok. The view was what made me stay.
