Also known as "Family Tides", Unit 318 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family suite with stunning top floor views that make the 2 flights of stairs worth it. This one bedroom, one bath condo has a bathtub for the kids, and sleeps up to 6 on a king bed as well as a queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. A gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance, and the stocked kitchen is great for families or extended stays. Guests also have easy beach access on the property as well as access to the HOA-maintained pool.
The Space:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Loved the design of the room, the balcony and views were amazing!! The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the sofa bed wasn't an option. The bedding was very comfortable and the location was great.

We had an amazing time with Alamazing views. Aside from hearing the crashing of the waves (which was so peaceful) it was a truely quiet stay! Family Tides was perfect for our family and I loved the "guest" boxes in the bathroom and kitchen, such a cute ans unique touch. The parking was tight but we had a spot everynight and the pool/hot tub could use some maintenance and updating. Thank you for sharing the space with us!

Nice family space
Overall very clean, pool was a nice indoor activity for the kids, love waking to this biew and also walking to coast easily. Would def book again.

Weekend stay
We just needed a weekend at the beach to recharge and this place did not disappoint. We will definitely be back!

Great view and location
Really enjoyed our stay. Can't beat the view or location. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the couch - so comfortable to curl up on and watch the ocean. The kitchen could use a few more items. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Not fancy but comfortable
The important things to us were covered so we were happy. Great view, comfortable bed, hot shower and nice fireplace.

Great location and beautiful view!
The room was just as described. It must be a popular place, the housekeepers were a little late getting our room ready so check in was late, but the room was all clean and ready for us. The view from the balcony is unbeatable!

Loved our stay! Would definitely come back. The condo was beautiful inside ,clean and comfortable. Small downside, outside a little rough and close to a noisy road. Overall I’d still give it 5 stars. Can’t say enough about that view!

Beach vibes
Overall everything was nice. It was obvious that the cleaners had rushed through (there was a pair of socks left behind the bedroom door, sticky spots on the counters and cupboards, food left in the fridge, etc) but the condo was perfect for a weekend stay. Great location on the beach and overall pretty quiet. Parking can be tricky.

We really enjoyed our stay. The communication with the property was phenomenal. Our one issue was parking. We arrived on a Thursday night and there was absolutely no spots. We understand with the location that parking can be challenging but be prepared to have to park off site and walk to the property
