Space for 6? Check. Full kitchen? Check. Stunning view? Check! 310 is a privately owned, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom family suite on the 3rd floor at D Sands. Enjoy the view from your private balcony and fall asleep in the queen murphy bed in the living room for some ocean white noise. The bedroom has 2 more queen beds as well. The full kitchen is stocked for you convenience, and the HOA provided cable and commercial grade Wi-Fi. But who needs those when you have a great view and easy beach access?



The Space:

Space for 6? Check. Full kitchen? Check. Stunning view? Check! 310 is a privately owned, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom family suite on the 3rd floor at D Sands. Enjoy the view from your private balcony and fall asleep in the queen Murphy bed in the living room for some ocean white noise. The bedroom has 2 more queen beds as well. The full kitchen is stocked for your convenience, and the HOA provided cable and commercial grade Wi-Fi. But who needs those when you have a great view and easy beach access?



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Michele, thanks for staying with us in unit 310, Mortal Anemones, a family suite with a balcony, full kitchen, and a perfect place to come back to after a day trip out. We agree, Lincoln City is a great location to use as a base for day trips to Newport, Pacific City, and Tillamook. Only 30 - 60 minutes away - exploring all the central coast has to offer is made easy. Our location in the center of Lincoln City makes shopping at the local outlet mall or dining out a short walk or drive away and last but not least our oceanfront location is a great way to start and end your day, as rain or shine it is an unbeatable view! We welcome you back to D Sands Rentals anytime!

The room was perfect for our needs, clean, and well stocked. Check in and out was easy. I loved the easy beach access. The parking situation there is a tad tricky, but not something I would fault them on. I would stay again for sure.

Nice stay

Overall the stay was good. I believe the couch and chair could be replaced with something new. The kitchen was pretty sparsely supplied especially if a person wanted to do cooking. The location was perfect and the view was wonderful!

Family Getawag

Check in would of been a breeze but cleaning was a little behind (which we were asked ahead of time if we'd be late, by chance) but the gal at the front desk was quick to help out! She offered us another room for the night but we asked to just wait (with kids no on wants to change rooms again) so she ran right up to help the cleaning crew while we went swimming! Their pool was also down but they opened up an account so we could use the community center pool and while limited was super fun and opened up even more fun activity options too! Overall, loved our stay and will be back!

Family weekend

The location can't be beaten. Beachfront with easy access and close to food. Room was clean and well stocked. The beds were quite soft for someone with back issues or a larger person this may be an issue. Pool was way too cold to swim in, even the kids wouldn't swim. Please turn up the heater!! We will come back it was a beautiful weekend.

Beautiful View

Beautiful view after you climb 30 stairs. Small unit to sleep 6 but it works. If you plan to cook the unit is limited on cooking utensils and I had to request 2 additional forks and a additional plate for a unit that slept 6. Over-all good stay
