Take the family for a day exploring nearby Lincoln City, or wander down to our easy beach access. We also give guests access to the HOA pool!

Stunning ocean views await you from 216 at D Sands! Take in the ocean breeze from the balcony while getting cozy in front of an intimate gas fireplace, and enjoy a home cooked mean from the full kitchen. This 1 bedroom family suite has plenty of space for 4 people, with a King bed in the bedroom, or a queen bed in the living room. The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The place was cute. We enjoyed our stay and loved our view. The only issues were the hot tub and pool were not open the whole time we were there and we did not love the side of the deck where the neighbors would lean over and look into our rooms. And their dog would bark at us. It really gave zero privacy vibes. But all in all we would love to come back and stay again.

It was amazing!! Our host was amazing as well… very helpful in places to go.. I would highly recommend for a great one on one vacation but also is family oriented!!! I’m definitely looking forward for my next time,,, we are planning once a year..

Great condo. Beautiful view with balcony on the ocean with steps close by to walk on the beach. Fireplace with couch in front of it and TV were very nice. Super clean and comfortable. We hope to come again

Great central location for day trips to tons of sights and adventures. The unobstructed ocean view can't be best, with a clean, quiet expanse to walk or play on/in. Unit was very clean and well stocked with the basics for a smaller party. Comfortable beds and great ambience from easy-on gas fireplace. Would definitely stay again if in area.

Latoya, we are pleased to hear you had a nice stay and enjoyed the beautiful views from unit 215, Schooner or Later. This unit is our King bedroom sleep that can sleep up to six with an additional queen bed and sofa sleeper. As with all our units it comes with a stocked kitchen. Walking the beach is easy via our own beach access and speaking of location, not only are we centrally located to all things Lincoln City we are centrally located on the coastline so day trips to Newport, Pacific City, or Tillamook are an easy day trip away. We hope to host you again and D Sands Rentals.

Amazing Location
We stayed just a couple nights but it was a great stay. Super easy to check in & out, it was clean, & it had a bed next to the sliding door which opened onto the beach. With the fire place on at night & the door open, it was so peaceful listening to the waves & feeling the fresh ocean breeze. The beds were firm & comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
