Nestled over three floors, our home boasts three inviting bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a convenient half bath, ensuring ample space for up to 10 guests. The endless amenities and only 8 minutes to Broadway, Live Music, and Honky Tonks are unbeatable!

NO SMOKING:
Pease no smoking inside our home or on our rooftop deck. Smoke in the driveway or backyard. Mimumim $500 fine. Cigarettes butts can damage our rooftop deck and the pool & hot tub equipment below if thrown off balcony.

CHECK-IN: 4PM & CHECK-OUT BY 10AM
We MIGHT be able to provide an early check-in or a late check-out ONLY if our schedule allows for an additional fee - please request when making the reservation. We can not entertain any requests made within 5 days of your trip because our cleaners are scheduled in advance and their schedules can not be changed.

NO GLASS:
Please do not take any glass into the backyard. This is for the safety of all current and future guests. We provide only plastic and silcone drinking cups in our home. Minimum $500 fine for any glass found out back on patio, inside hot tub, pool, or backyard.

POOL HEATER:
If you'd like the pool heated, please request at least 2 days before your stay so we can turn on the heater. Please note that our pool's heating system is designed to provide a comfortable swimming experience rather than a hot tub-like temperature. While we aim to maintain a pleasant water temperature, it's important to mention that during the coldest days and months, there might be limits to how much the pool can be heated.

STAIRS:
This home is 3 stories like many homes in Nashville. It's what makes the skyline views so amazing! Guests will need to use the stairs during their stay. There are also stairs going down into the backyard where the pool and hot tub are located.

CHILDREN:
We are happy to host children, but it's important to note that our home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times. There is a hot tub, pool, many stairs, and rooftop deck with a high ledge which will require full time supervision of any children.

DOGS:
We allow well behaved, house trained adult dogs to stay in our home. All dogs must be pre-approved, discussed up front and included on the reservation. $100 flat pet fee (2 dogs maximum). No dogs under 1 year old, any cats or other animals allowed. Please pick up pet waste and dispose into doggie trash can provided. $200 fine will apply for any pet waste left in backyard.

NO LOCALS OR TN RESIDENTS:
We do not allow Nashville or Tennessee residents to book our home. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is from a local or TN resident without refund.

MAXIMUM GUESTS:
The city of Nashville allows 10 guests maximum on our property per our short term rental permit. Your reservation must state exactly how many guests will be on our property. We do not allow unauthorized guests or visitors.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS:
We do have a ring doorbell camera and a ring camera on the driveway. They will be on during your stay and record both audio and video. There are absolutely NO cameras on the inside of the home.
