Only a few minutes walking distance to the neighborhood 4th Ave district, coffee shops, and restaurants, and take the electric streetcar (free transportation) throughout downtown Tucson, 4th Ave, and to the U of A.

Enjoy The Historic Iron Horse located 1 block from Downtown and 4th Avenue. A renovated 2BR / 2BA home with all the standard conveniences of a home. One or Two free curbside parking passes are provided with your stay. An additional street meter parking charge is available for any additional automobiles.
If you need more space for your family and friends, consider also renting the Downtown/ Iron Horse Carriage House 1BR / 1BA for an additional nightly fee.

The Historic Carriage home has 1BR / 1BA and comes with a kitchenette and a full bathroom with two tandem parking spaces in the driveway. Additional City of Tucson Street meter parking is available for a fee - if needed.
Guests access staying in The Historic Iron Horse 2BR / 2BA home receive one parking pass for street parking in front of the house. The parking pass should remain on the dash or mirror at all times, otherwise, a parking ticket may be enforced and charged to the vehicle owner by the City of Tucson. Please return the parking pass on the wall hook adjacent to the front door.
Guest staying in The Historic Carriage house 1BR / 1BA has sole access to park tandem in the driveway and use the southside gate entrance to enter the rear of the property. The steel double doors on the north side of the home should remain closed at all times.
Enjoy the many activities in Downtown Tucson and famous 4th Ave shopping, restaurants, outdoor activities and night life.
You are in the heart of Tucson! Just minutes walking distance to the neighborhood coffee shop and restaurants on 4th Ave.
No need to drive yourself or take a car…Take the electric car trolley throughout downtown and 4th Ave. for free during your stay.
Enjoy many other activities within a 10 to 20 minutes' drive such as the Tucson Convention Center, The Rialto Theater, The Children’s Museum and park, mounting biking, hiking trails, hot air balloon, sky diving, horseback riding and much more.
Guests may choose to rent one or both houses and a guest house. The 2BR home sleeps 4 adults (King bed and Queen bed) and 2 children (futon bed) or 1 adult and the rear 1BR cottage guest house sleeps 2 adults (Queen bed) and 2 children (futon bed) or 1 adult.

Steps away from downtown

Great location to downtown area. Girl friends went for a concert at the Rialto, but didn’t want to stay downtown with the street noise. This house was perfect and exactly what we hoped for. Great communication, clean, and comfortable beds and space. We were able to walk to and from downtown and felt safe.

Great location

Property was perfect for us. We were able to work during the day and walk to 4th Ave for dinner at night.. I love the neighborhood

Cute little house

The host had quick communications. Walking distance to restaurants. Our little girls enjoyed playing on the patio out back.

Location is great

House was equipped with the comforts of home. We enjoyed the ease of walking one or two blocks to get to places to eat and shop. Bring your earplugs! Trains run pretty frequently and loud music are part of the package.

A great place to stay with some small glitches

we did not get the text explaining the checkin process on the day before our move in. We had to make calls on the day we arrived to get the information. The neighborhood was wonderful, especially the short walk to the free trolly that took us to most of the places we wanted to go.

So close to nearly everything you need to visit and see. Great specialty restaurants, local bars serving craft beers, coffee shop (across the street), Tucson Convention Center (10-minute walking distance), and Free to use the 4th Avenue Trolley just 3 minutes walking distance from the doorstep. If you like to nature hiking and cycling, there are nearly 250 miles of paved road and off-road trails throughout Tucson that begin just 5 minutes away!
