Admire incredible Gulf views from your private balconies at this beautifully appointed condo. You’ll love the Beach Cottages complex, a tropical paradise on soft white sands. Enjoy a dip in the heated pool after sun-kissed days on the shore! Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and generous countertop space. Kick back for movie nights in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your Gulf-view primary suite.

A home office setup includes a computer monitor and HDMI hookup for remote working. Extra perks include memory foam mattresses, a washer/dryer, and provided beach gear.

The building's elevator is currently unavailable until further notice.
Streaming is available with own accounts.
Starting August 11th through the end of December the onsite pool & hot tub will be unavailable due to upgrades being done. The pool two doors down at Sand Dollar condos will be available for guests to use during their stay

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Gorgeous Views

I loved not having to go to the beach to catch the beautiful sunsets. Just grabbed a glass of wine and sat on the terrace and watched the beauty every night. The beach is low key and not crowded as expected at the end of July. The condo is beautifully furnished and the decor is perfect. The building itself needs some work. In fact, I was skeptical until I opened the door and saw the inside. Like night and day.

Nice place

Very well equipped place! Great view and it was quiet. Loved all the little extras that made everything easy... was like being at home with amenities but at the beach.

Great location

The condo was in a great location and was very nice. The only complaint is that there weren’t enough towels and they refused to bring more. The dishes were also dirty upon arrival, but everything else seemed really clean

Perfect Location

The Beach Cottage was the perfect location overlooking the beach. Very updated and clean. Was the perfect spot for our family vacation even though the weather was not perfect. Hard to beat opening the balcony doors and hearing the ocean below!

This property was exactly what the pictures showed! Very clean and the property was extremely secure including building, pool and beach access. Property was well maintained and our condo was clean and matched perfectly with what we were looking for. We will definitely book this place again!

Wonderful for a family getaway!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4! The kids loved the porch swing and the view off the balcony was gorgeous! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing condo; incredible views

Our family of four (two kiddos ages 4 and 6) loved our stay. The condo is beautifully renovated and has incredible views and direct access to the beach. Complex is a great size, not too big to feel crowded.

Beyond Expectations

I stayed in this beautiful beach condo for over a week and was upset I did not book my stay for longer!! This place is perfect! The master bedroom and bathroom are top of the line with a king size bed more comfortable than the one I have at home. The bathroom was large and water pressure from the shower like receiving a massage (some places I`ve stayed its like taking a shower in a sink the pressure is so low). The rest of the condo is clean and comfortable and comes with every amenity you could possibly need from a spare room, comfortable couch, large table to dine in, 3 large TV`s, spacious kitchen, laundry and office area. There are two balconies as well, one overlooks the pool and the other has a gorgeous view of the beach! The grounds are well kept and clean by the staff. I felt extremely safe and comfortable the entire time with key access to the building to ensure guests and owners are the only other patrons on the grounds. If and when I choose to visit the gulf again in this area I will certainly make every attempt possible to stay here! You will not regret booking this for your getaway, family vacation or friends retreat.... this was the perfect place!! Very loud

I booked based on the listing indicating it was a quiet building due to the large number of residents who reside there. It was even stated in the contract that I signed indicating no parties can be in your room. This was not the case at all. Noise neighbors in all directions and you can hear toilets flushing throughout the night. Access to the beach is through the parking garage which you have to be careful no cars are driving through. We had to replenish basic supplies which I have never had to do in the past. We were told to wash/dry towels prior to leaving which is stressful since we had a very early flight in the morning. I had to ask if it was ok to leave towels in the dryer. I emailed the owner a few times that the dryer filled up with water condensation which they never came out to look at. I will not stay at this building. We did not get any sleep with all of the noises and parties as well as kids running by and ringing our doorbell. These kids were also throwing trash from the third floor to the courtyard. This building has A LOT of renters. There is no way a resident would live in this building on a full-time basis. Not a place to have a relaxing vacation. Find a smaller place that won’t nickel and dime you for basic necessities.

Could have been better

Was not up to par with cleanliness-floor was dirty. Pillows on couch were ripped. Many items in condo were broken. Condo needs some updates for the price we paid. The view was spectacular though.

Great week

The condo was clean and updated, we enjoyed our stay and would go back and rent it again. The view is fantastic and the beach is nice. The condo is near many good restaurants (we highly recommend Salt Rock Grill).

Beautiful spot

Very cozy place. My only complaint is that the master bed needs to be replaced. The mattress was very soft and you literally sink in the bed. Also the wifi would work off and on. We tried reaching out to teamster and the property manager and never heard back

Easy beach access.

Great location with great views of the gulf. Excellent location on the beach and only a short drive to restaurants, ice cream shops and activities. Very comfortable.

Open concept

Loved the cleanliness and open concept kitchen and dining area. View was fabulous….ceiling fan would have been a plus and maybe a larger patio area. Beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend this condo.

Family Getaway

We had a great time staying at this condo, which was beautifully renovated and very clean. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location and the beach access was great. The locks on the lobby door were very old and several people, including ourselves, had a hard time entering the building to reach the elevators. The keypad to enter the condo was also a bit of a struggle, but once we got inside and were able to get the physical keys, we didn't have any further problems. Overall, we would definitely stay at this place again and are happy to give them a five star rating.

Wonderful condo

It was a beautiful space with an amazing view. Very spacious!! It did rain alot one of the days and the floor by the window was leaking but I called the number on all the paperwork to report it. Having to have a key to get everywhere was a little annoying. If a someone wanted to go upstairs or to the pool, other person had to go with them everytime to let them in because only one of the keys seemed to work. The other one would get stuck and we had the hardest time getting it to work especially the outside door in the garage facing the elevator. Understandably the birds are present but maybe to disclose that the nesting snowbirds are directly in front of the condo. With a child who is afraid of birds and would scream and scream and scream every time he would walk out to the beach makes for a difficult time at the beach.
