The "Whispering Palm" features a screened-in heated pool, a formal dining room for hosting superb dinners, and a spacious living room equipped with a large smart TV for entertainment. The open kitchen is ideal for cooking and entertaining, fully stocked to meet all your culinary needs. Recently remodeled and redecorated, this property is designed to provide a pristine atmosphere where you will never want to leave.

Bedrooms:
- Primary Bedroom: King size bed with beautiful views and a smart TV.
- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed with TV.
- Guest Bedroom 3: Queen size bed with TV.
- Guest Bedroom 4: Two twin size beds.

- Screened-in heated pool (heating available for an additional fee).

- Spacious kitchen for cooking meals and making cocktails.
- Propane grill located outside next to the pool.
- Smart TVs in every room.

Pet Policy:
- Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per pet plus tax. Please inform us if you plan to bring your furry friend!

Pool Heating:
- The pool can be heated for an additional $287 weekly or $200 per week for extended stays. Let us know if you would like this added to your reservation.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
