The Space:

The property features king-size beds with premium foam mattresses in all en-suite bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The game room provides entertainment with a convertible pool, air hockey, and tennis table, perfect for endless hours of enjoyment. Enjoy a short walk to an almost private beach, explore the area with provided bikes, and unwind in the fully fenced yard. A private elevator adds convenience to your stay.

- Kids' room with two twin trundle beds that sleep 4

- All bedrooms, except the kids' room, are en-suite

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We provide beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella's, bicycles & a GAS BBQ grill.

Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!



PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON DUNE. USE CROSSOVER AT END OF STREET.

Please keep sand off the furniture and clean the grill after each use.

Please rinse all sand off before enjoying the Jacuzzi or Pool.



Trash days are Monday & Thursday.

Lawn care takes place on Mondays.



Check-out time by 10:00 am.



Before departing, Please do the following:



- Remove bedding and towels and leave in the laundry room

- Load & start dishwasher

- Take the trash out to the garage.

- Please check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers!

- Please leave an elevator downstairs.

- Turn all the lights on and close the door.

The Neighborhood:

Beach Front neighborhood. No through traffic. Beach is super private, only people who live in the neighborhood use this beach, no public access or public parking. Close to miles of walking or biking trails.



Getting Around:

Car is recommended. Uber is available.



Other Things to Note:

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
