Comfortable roomy house.

There were four of us adults staying. The house was quite roomy. The pool was nice on a warm day. The pool and house were cleaned every week. Anita, the manager was easy to communicate with and always helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Tranquil and Cozy Vacation Rental in Merida Yucatan

This rental property is a great choice for long or short term visits to Merida. It lives up to its description and the photos provided, and even surpassed our expectations. The cleanliness, tranquility, and comfort of the house are truly impressive and the communication with the host couldn’t have been easier or better. The property is located in a peaceful neighborhood and offers privacy and seclusion. However, while the location isn't too far from the main square and touristic area downtown, it does require a considerable walk and the streets in the immediate vicinity are not as well-maintained as the rest of the city and there is some litter present. On the positive side, ride-sharing service (Uber) is easily available and very affordable making it easy to explore the city and attractions. Another great plus is the 24/7 convenience store (OXXO) conveniently located at the corner, providing easy access to any necessities. Despite the minor drawbacks of the location and cleanliness of the surrounding streets, the vacation rental offered a comfortable and very enjoyable experience. I highly recommended it for those seeking a private, comfortable and peaceful stay in Merida Yucatán.

Fabulous place to stay

We loved the place the moment we walked in the door! It was perfect for all of us. The owner is really nice to get along with and did a beautiful job of renovating and designing this space. It is filled with old world furniture with something in every room to feast the eyes upon. We felt very comfortable there and highly recommend it to everyone.
