Welcome to Adagio, a stunning gated luxury beachfront property nestled in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Enjoy the incredible amenities, including the large beachfront infinity pool (heated in winter), the poolside hot tub, and the 8,000 sq. ft. main pool with cascading waterfalls. The resort also offers an on-site fitness center and four community grilling areas with both gas and charcoal options.

"Sea View Serenity" has everything you need for an unforgettable beach getaway. The gourmet kitchen features brand new appliances, while the dining area comfortably seats 6 guests, with room for 3 more at the breakfast bar. The living room, with its floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, provides breathtaking views of the large tropical pool, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in beach life. The master suite boasts a king bed, an en suite bathroom with a spacious whirlpool soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a double vanity. This room also offers balcony access and a mounted flat-screen TV. The second king bedroom includes a flat-screen TV and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom features a king bed, a fourth flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom that also opens into the hallway with a tub/shower combination. Additionally, there is a cozy little bunk room in the hallway, perfect for younger guests.

The 30A corridor offers a wide range of activities and attractions. Explore the bike path, go paddleboarding on Western Lake, or take a leisurely stroll through galleries and boutiques in Seaside. Adagio is conveniently located near numerous restaurants in Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside, catering to all culinary preferences, from fine seafood to casual outdoor dining.

Perfect days on 30A!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea View Serenity. This home is gorgeous and has a perfect 30A beach vibe. It was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We already miss our afternoons on the beautiful porch overlooking the Adagio pool and with a view of the gulf. Adagio is a fantastic resort with two great pools and a beautiful beach. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and ice cream. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Sea View Serenity

We had a wonderful stay at Adagio F301. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need in a vacation kitchen. The entire unit has been updated. The hand soap and body wash smelled amazing. They provided 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. They provided trash bags and dish tablets. We had an issue with a tub draining but called and left a message and they texted me back very quickly and came the next day to fix it. I would definitely recommend this unit and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Staying at "Sea View Serenity" was a truly luxurious experience. The condo is beautifully furnished, with three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the Gulf from the large balcony. The amenities at Adagio are top-notch, including two stunning pools, a hot tub, and a fitness center. The private beach access made our beach days hassle-free. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby dining and shopping. This property offers everything you need for a relaxing and upscale beach vacation. Highly recommended!

Fantastic unit with Easy access to beach/ pool fun

This is our 4th time staying here in adagio & we always enjoy the area for its convenient beach access ability to rent, beach, chairs, and bicycles all in one stop shopping. (Dolce Vita Rentals) Plus, it’s just a quick 20 Minute bike ride to Seaside & A quick walk to blue Mountain Creamery ice cream shop. The unit is a nice corner unit at the front of the property with a really pretty pool view. The unit has been remodeled and is really fresh and clean. Super comfy couch! My biggest Recommendations is to please move the dining room chandelier so that someone does not hit it. We had to continuously duck under the chandelier that is not centered in the middle of the dining table. It has sharp corners so it could be considered a liability. I also would appreciate If the nonstick cooking pans can be replaced. My biggest gripe with rentals is that the cooking pans are always such a nightmare. As a business owner, I would suggest replacing these often as they are super expensive if you purchase the cheap ones. Having eggs in the morning, they don’t stick to the pan would be fantastic. The dishes and silverware are beautiful and everything else is meticulously taken care of in the unit. I’d also maybe check the master bathroom toilet that seems to have little pressure. We love the unit very much and we will probably rent it again when we go back! My kids loved it a lot.

Amazing Condo

We loved this condo. It's decorated beautifully. It is clean. The beach is an easy walk and the pool view is great. You will not regret booking this resort. We loved it.

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The condo was in pristine condition and much more spacious than we expected. It was decorated with a subtle beachy vibe which made the space so relaxing and calming we hardly wanted to leave. There were numerous restaurants within a few minutes of the condo, but we stocked the fridge and cooked most of our meals at home. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We took long walks on the beach in the mornings and sat on the balcony in the evenings. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. The cool breeze and sound of the water was so peaceful. The location of the condo was perfect also. We were between Destin and Panama City. We drove to the Harbor in Destin one afternoon and met some friends to watch a band play in Panama City one evening. We also spent an afternoon checking out Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We came during the off-peak season, so it wasn't crowded at all. There is a hot tub next to the pool also and it was wonderful to sit it. We were thrilled with our stay and are hoping the condo will be available again in the fall. We would like to bring our friends with us in the fall. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

Excellent, would highly recommend

Def recommend Coastal Dreamin and Sea View Serenity. From the moment we walked in the condo we knew we made the right choice. SVS was very clean and well maintained. The condo was beautiful and well stocked with the essentials. All the bdrms and baths were spotless. The condo is conveniently located to shopping and local restaurants. Having beach access was definitely a plus. Can't wait to come back!!!

Another Excellent 30A Beach Getaway!

We had a wonderful week at the beach, and this condo was excellent! We would definitely come back and rent this condo again. Unfortunately we did not get certain communications from the vacation rental company ahead of our trip, but thankfully someone at the office answered my call on our way in on Saturday to provide the details that we needed. The condo was very clean, and newly renovated - which met our expectations based on the listing and pictures. The location is excellent in Blue Mountain Beach, and the golf cart and bike rentals are located at the entrance of the development. The development itself is nice (perhaps the best pool on all of 30A), but its is due for an update/refresh - especially the patio furniture around the pool. There are long steps to the beach (which is common along all of the Blue Mtn beach properties), so beware for those that may be concerned about that. Also, the beach is a bit crowded simply because the condo development is pretty large. Also, we were told from the beach rental chair company that only one condo in all of Adagio is contracted to have beach chairs included - and this condo is not that one, so it does not have beach chair service. However, the owners have provided two chairs and an umbrella that stay in the condo. There are great places to eat within walking distance of the condo. Our favorites - Blue Mabel, Mimmos, and Blue Mountain Bakery. And, of course, the Blue Mountain Creamery for ice cream after dinner.

Nice condo

I condo was beautiful. Had 3 bedrooms and baths. Bunk room also. Kitchen had everything that you would need also. The pool was really nice. The kids loved it. Even had beach chairs. Will definitely try to stay again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay

I highly recommend anyone that is considering to stay at this wonderful unit. It is beautifully decorated with extremely comfortable furniture and gorgeous decor. You can tell everything is new ! The location is also fantastic and so close to the beach, pool, restaurants. Even the golf Cart and bike rental is right outside the front gate. You will definitely not be disappointed!! We will be back next year!

Perfection

I feel like we had the nicest place in the resort! It was clean and beautiful. Amazing outdoor furniture on the balcony. Great view of the pools and you can even see the ocean! I loved it!!! Very peaceful. The location was amazing. There are a good amount of stairs to get to the beach but other than that, perfection! Great pools too! Great location!!! I would go back in a heartbeat!
