This home is located just minutes away from the world-famous theme parks (Disney, Universal studios, SeaWorld) etc. Come and enjoy and experience all that Kissimmee FL offers. Easy access to Orlando Airport.
Located in the premium Coral Cay Community! Free guest access to community center, entertainment theater, pool, hot tub, & playgrounds. Plenty of space to host you. Full kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Huge driveway. Great location! Close to shopping and great restaurants! We look forward to hosting you and yours!

Bersterman family Vacation home

Good communication with Alex. Plenty of room in the house. Comfortable beds. Kitchen appliances worked well , except for coffee makers. Maybe we just couldn’t figure them out. Washer was rusted out. Toilet paper - only one roll per bathroom with 6 people there?? We bought more knowing that giant locked closet had plenTy. One half roll of paper towels? We bought more. No cleaning supplies. One broom and dust pan and no mop. I clean when I stay for an extended time. Those table and chairs were very loose and about to fall apart. In the dining area. The house was nice but needed upgrading such as painting.Overall good experience.

Wasn’t great

To start out, prior to the trip the owner was great at communication. Very prompt. We were very excited for our stay. When we walked in the door, we realized the home had not been cleaned from prior guests. Between the time we had gotten there and when I heard back from the owner, we realized the home looked better in pictures then what it actually was. The wash/dryer machine was rusty and not working well, the faucets on all the showers moved from side to side and felt like they would break off the shower, the keurig didn’t work at all, there were very limited kitchen items. We then went to the pool area and the pool was dirty. The hot tub was broken and had standing dirty water in it. The kids pool was also very dirty. The chairs and tables around the pool were old and not clean. We decided very quickly we didn’t feel comfortable staying in this home. After a few conversations the owner was helpful and made it right and apologized. We appreciated that. I think if the owner put some work into the home and made sure maintenance leaned the pool area, it would be a great place.

Property needs some attention

We have stayed in many VRBO’s and have almost always had a really great experience, but this one has needed the most attention from management by far. The location was minimally stocked, which is ok if the host shares that ahead of time. There were no paper towels or hand towels at all. 3 rolls of TP total for 6 people, and hand soap at 2 of the 4 sinks on the building. Neither shower had a shower curtain liner, just a fabric curtain that did not keep water in the shower. We ended up buying curtain liners, hand soap, hand towels, paper towels, and TP at the Dollar store up the road. Cleanliness was also a concern. There was a comforter left in the dryer and the tile floor had quite a bit of grime buildup. There were several items in disrepair. Multiple burnt out lightbulbs and dead remote batteries. One of the dining room chairs rocked because it was in the process of falling apart. The shower head in the master bathroom leaked out of the bottom so drastically that the entire bathroom was soaked after a shower, and there was no bathmat to help mitigate the problem. Most importantly though, is that the door handle on the half bath gets stuck and the person using the bathroom gets stuck inside until someone lets them out. This happened to me and one of our children (11yo). The child was hysterical once we got the door open. There’s actually a kicked in part of the inside of that door where it’s clear that this has happened before. Safety issues prompted this review

Disney Getaway

The place was clean, close to Disney and restaurants. We were able to walk our dogs out back. The host responded quickly to any questions we had.

Everything was great

Everything was as advertised or better. Good location, easy access to everything we needed. Place was clean upon arrival. Easy access to keys. Kids also enjoyed the pool and hot tub

Great place to stay.

This property was just as advertised. Clean and well maintained. Neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. Beds were comfortable.

Nice place, some furniture needs to be fixed

Very clean place. Kitchen well stocked. Coffee machine didn’t work; used filter machine instead. Propane gas from grill eas empty; owner wrote us to replace it by ourselves and he would refund us. We didn’t want to run around for that since we only spent 2 nights there. Pool was closed ( could have informed us about that since this was one of the reasons we had chosen this place.

Great short stay’

Had a wonderful time in Orlando staying here. The property was very clean, very safe, ample parking. We will stay here again.

Good for Disneyworld Family Trip

The townhouse was as described, and was exactly what we were looking for - a clean spacious pet friendly location close to Disneyworld. Communication with the owner was very responsive and helpful The gated community has a pool area which was a nice break from the hot hectic days at the theme park.Would stay again if in the area.

Stay at Coral Cay

There was no kitchen towel pot holders, face cloths. We had a small black snake in the living room. Think from under couch. The big cffee maker did nt work. Found a dead lizzard in bed room.

Rented out the property on another platform

Drove down to Orlando only to be told when I got there that the property was rented out to someone else and “should” be ready the next day. We had to rent a hotel and book elsewhere because I can’t base my vacation off of “should”.

Good stay for families with children

The accommodation is very suitable for befriended families with children - the bedrooms (children's rooms) are very Disney focused . The beds could be more comfortable and in the one Master Bedroom we had problems with the mattress. We had a good time, it is good place to enjoy time there together with friends. Only thing is that there are relatively few dishes/glasses - at least if you have a large group. Overall, we can highly recommend it and would come again.
