An oasis in the heart of Rehoboth Beach's famous restaurant row is what you will find at this marvelous retreat! Located only one and a half blocks from the beach, this home boasts a tremendous and fenced backyard with a gorgeous seating area, beach loungers, an outdoor dining area with an umbrella, and a convenient gas grill for warm-weather barbecues.

The home is very spacious and has been upgraded for comfort, and the furnishings will make you feel right at home. Imagine walking to the boardwalk each morning. At night, have dinner at a great restaurant on Baltimore Avenue and then sip beverages in the private and quiet backyard. All bedrooms and bathrooms have been updated for comfort and convenience as of 2023 including new paint and furnishings (new bed frames, headboards, dressers, lighting, rugs, towel bars, and vanities). On top of that, a new, heated pool was installed in October 2023.

Things to Know
The pool is open March 1 to December 1 of each year, and pool heat can be purchased for an additional fee.
This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival.
The fireplace is disabled and not for guest use.
Dogs must be crated when left alone in the home.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 125 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Three generations together for a weekend trip. Great location, clean and spacious house, and a wonderful place to spend time when the beach gets rained out. Pool and games aplenty for kids, comfortable furniture and quiet space apart for adults. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Beautiful backyard, spacious home, great pool. Perfect location within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Plenty of towels and linens, beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of spaces to relax inside. Air conditioning was perfect, even in this heat wave. One of the best homes we’ve stayed at.

Rehoboth Beach Vacation

Pictures of property very accurately showed how great a place this was for a family vacation. We had 7 adults and 2 children and everyone thought the house, pool and amenities were great. Local Vacasa management handled several parking issues quickly and effectively. Walking distance to beach and many restaurants and other shops near house.

Perfect house for a family

Every year my family and I stay for a week in Rehoboth and this house was our favorite to date. The location is so convenient - short walk to the boardwalk and the house is situated in the middle of various businesses and restaurants - however, since the house extends back into the private backyard, you will be unbothered by the bustle of the lively nightlife. The pool, outdoor shower, and basement, equipped with laundry and games, make this house perfect for young kids. The house is so spacious and every bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom. My favorite part of the bedrooms were the double curtains - blinds that pull down closed in addition to curtains that are pulled in front. This helped my early rising kids sleep soundly past sunrise as their bedrooms stayed nice and dark. We had an excellent vacation at this beautiful home!

Property was dirty. moldy and had not been cleaned properly. Mold inside the washing machine soap dispenser. Had to make our own beds by draggong heavy bags of linens upstairs. Lack of communication with property manager

Nice house - Great location

The house is spacious and well furnished. We found everything we needed for cooking, and the box with beach chairs was a plus as was the outdoor shower. We loved the convienience of the location, and enjoyed sitting in the sunroom and watching the world go by. We had an issue with the code to enter and the Vacasa staff was able to resolve it quickly. The wifi was okay, but could probably benefit from a booster in the great room, as the connection for the TV as well as laptops was spotty there. The biggest issue we encountered was the AC in the upstairs bedrooms. The units are situated above the beds and the ceilings are low so you have cold air blowing directly on you all night. The thermostat can only be adjusted with a code. We called Vacasa who determined that they didn't have the code and had to issue a "ticket" for the local office to send someone to make adjustments. The local office said they could not give out the code and we would have to call anytime we needed a change in temperature or fan speed! The Vacasa staff were as helpful as they could be, but not being able to give out the code is rediculously inconvienient. Especially this time of your when the temperature fluctuates greatly during the day. Since guests can adjust the downstairs window AC units, it doesn't make sense to restrict the adjustment of the bedroom ACs.

Questionable Business Practices and Unsatisfactory Conditions

The house is spacious and the location is incredible. The home appeared to be clean when we checked in, but after a day the home started to smell incredibly bad. The odor of urine became overwhelming in the main living spaces and it was untenable. We booked the home through VRBO, and realized soon after check in that we were double charged the various service fees by both Vacasa and VRBO. Vacasa charged us 70% in "fees", which nearly doubled the amount we committed to paying during the original booking. In fact the breakdown provided by Vacasa later was inconsistent with what is posted on their for the property in VRBO. (We were charged $704 in fees, compared to the $420 fees they advertised.) When we texted about the conditions of the home and the fees, we received no response. When we called to speak to a representative after check out, we were told there was nothing that could be done and we should have contacted them sooner (which we had). The property managers never once communicated the additional service fees prior to our arrival. I would not stay in this home again, or recommend Vacasa or any of their affiliates for future rentals. Unless you like urine, then go nuts.

The house is great! But here are a few things to know.

We were there for 3 nights. The house was clean, lovely and in a fabulous location! It's spacious and room for a lot of people with parking behind the house. A convenient store is across the street, shops and restaurants just steps away, and it's a block and a half from the beach and the Clear Space Theatre which has great performances! (That is why we came to Rehoboth, to see The Little Shop of Horrors which was excellent!) As with most VRBO's, we know we need to bring just about everything we'll need but we were surprised however to arrive and find each toilet paper holder (all 5 of them) empty, no hand or dish soap anywhere, no paper towels and no trash bags. Thankfully the store across the street had these items which we purchased immediately. There was a form on the table asking that we gather our linens at the end of the stay and place them in bags outside of the house at check-out and if we didn't, we'd be charged but there were no laundry bags to collect them in. The bedrooms upstairs have a weird nonstop cooling system that you cannot control yourself because you need a code to change the temp or shut it off so a few folks were cold all night. (there were no extra blankets) We did contact the management and they got back to us and told us to change a switch but that didn't do anything. They did offer to come out on the last day but it was too late. Lastly, the TV is a Roku so the renter needs to be members of Netlfix, Amazon Video, Hulu, etc. if you want to watch anything. We were also frustrated we couldn't get a late check out. It's a lot of money for a house that you can't get into until 4pm and then have to vacate by 10am. We asked for a 12pm check out and were told no b/c of the cleaning crew but their calendar said they weren't booked for the next few days so we were surprised they couldn't accommodate us. Overall, the house is great but if they could fix a few minor things, it would be a 5 star vacation spot!

Home and Location are wonderful

Well, what I like best about this house is it location to everything. Shops, restaurants and the beach are just a short walk away. Some of the restaurants are just steps from the front door.

Great location

This house is very large and is in a great location. It is a beach house so you have to expect sand and a little dust, if you can live with that this house is perfect for walks to nice restaurants, the beach and the boardwalk.

Convenient Location

This house is located close to shops and one block away from Rehoboth Ave. It could use some updates such as, newer toaster and pans in the kitchen. The backyard is not very inviting. There are rocks and no grass area for your pet to use the bathroom. You can not adjust the central air on the second floor. The vents are in the ceiling so they blow directly on you. Other than the above this house was adequate for 5 adults and 2 children.
