Little Pond Lodge is managed by Calliday Vacation Rentals. The cabin is in Black Bear Falls Resort, which offers a gated community pool with a kiddie pool and lounge chairs during summer. Please note: the pool is closed in winter (from one week after Labor Day until one week before Memorial Day).

You’ll have full access to everything the cabin offers, including the game room, hot tub, and two spacious decks. Self-check-in is easy with keyless entry, and for peace of mind, the home is equipped with a front door security camera.

We want your stay at Little Pond Lodge to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review our key policies:
• Maximum Guests: 8
• Renter Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required (emailed after booking)
• Security Deposit: $300, just a holding deposit, will not charge on the card and be released after checkout
• Parties & Events: Not permitted Outdoor camera at entrance for safety
• Please keep doors & windows closed to avoid wildlife entering
• The roads leading to the cabin are easy to navigate with any vehicle, with no steep inclines to worry about.
• Parking is secure and available for up to two cars.

The cabin was perfect for our family of 5. We regularly saw a black bear around the pond while we were having morning coffee or enjoying an evening on the deck after a day of adventures. The location was great for all the things we wanted to do!

Our family of 5 (3 teenage kids) visited Gatlinburg to see family, and our cabin turned out to be perfect. The cabin was exactly as advertised, clean, convenient, and cozy, but also spacious enough for our active family. We especially enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch and watching the ducks swim in the pond. It was also close to the pool. Great location for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would recommend this cabin to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the ducks and the fish in the pond! The owners were great and very accommodating!

This property is clean cozy very nice and well maintained everything is perfect Except the hot tub needs some work done Pumps is not working like it should But everything else is good

We absolutely loved it here and saw two bears walk right in front of our cabin. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because in the pictures it looks more secluded than it is. It’s in a community with a pool and you have neighbors. Absolutely beautiful cabin and it’s wonderful for a family with teens.

Beautiful place! The pool is just down the hill, which was very convenient. The cabin itself is absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay.The only downside was that a bear broke into our car on the very first night and then came back again on our fourth night, and got into our second rental car, even after we removed the car seat and made sure there was no food left in the vehicle.Other than that unfortunate experience, we had a great time and thought the cabin was absolutely beautiful.

We really enjoyed staying in this cabin. Everything was clean, set up for us to enjoy our stay and check in/out process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions and issues that came up. We would stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back to the Smokys!

We had a great time at the cabin! We had four adults and two children with us and the layout was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. It is in a community with lots of neighbors around you but we didn't mind. It was a short walk to the community pool which our kids enjoyed. The grounds were well maintained and we even had a visit from a bear. We didn't need to reach out to the host for anything other than to request an early check-in which they quickly responded and accommodated. We also appreciated the short list of tasks they asked us to complete upon checkout. I have stayed places that required much more. Would recommend this location.

Calliday Vacation Rentals was founded by San. She loves traveling, real estate and interior design. She lives on the west coast with her spouse and two daughters and they all love to travel and explore new areas. They have created so many precious family memories through their adventures that they decided they would like to share with other families to be able to do the same.

After purchasing a second home in South Lake Tahoe, San wanted to share the home and experience with other guests and turned it into a vacation rental. She loves its beautiful mountains, many skiing opportunities, the stunning lake, and all the nearby casinos. This is her go-to for vacation twice a year and she treasures her time there with her family.

She loved to hear from her guests that “they made wonderful travel memories while staying at her properties”.
San has built her business by caring for her guests and personally selected the new vacation homes that she manages and tastefully decorated. She now owns a second and third vacation homes in Gatlinburg, TN. She has found this area in the Smoky Mountains to be so beautiful, with almost endless activities. It’s perfect for both kids and kids-at-heart. She has also been happy to understand the meaning of “Southern Hospitality”, as she has met so many warm and welcoming folks in her journeys.

She won’t just take on any vacation rental home and truly enjoys building relationships with her guests. Calliday Vacation Rentals has so many returning guests.
