Welcome to your BEACHFRONT stay "Redfish Retreat" in Crystal Beach, TX! @RedfishRetreat

All linens/bath towels are provided. Beds will be made up prior to your arrival. We provide a starter kit of household goods. If you are staying more than a couple of days you might need to purchase more.

Galveston, TX is just a short ferry ride away. The ferry is free & runs about every half hour during the day in peak season & about every hour overnight.
Please note: High-speed Wi-fi is provided for your streaming pleasure. Please understand, we are at the mercy of the internet provider.

Absolutely no parties! All guests must be 23+ with the exception of children with their parent/ guardian. 20 person max in the house. Throwing a party or exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in the loss of your deposit. You will also be asked to leave immediately without refund.

HOT TUB RULES: There will be a $300 fee for improper use of the hot tub or if it needs to be drained after your stay. Please shower before entering the hot tub! Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Kids under the age of 5 should not be in hot tubs because of the temperature. No dirt, grass or any other substances in the hot tub, i.e. no bubbles, oils, soaps, etc. Clothing is not optional - swimwear must be worn. No horseplay or inappropriate behavior, no glassware, no smoking, no splashing, no diving. Do not sit on the cover of hot tub. If cover is broken you will be charged $600 for a replacement cover.

Absolutely NO smoking ANY substances in the house. Absolutely no fires, including candles. Unauthorized smoking or fires will be charged the full deposit hold amount plus damages and extra cleaning fees - including but not limited to smoke damage or odors.

No pets of any kind. You will be charged $500 in extra cleaning fees if you bring a pet. This is for the benefit of all guests so that anyone with animal allergies can be confident they will be safe and comfortable staying in the house.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking. It is the booking guest’s responsibility to get all other guests to read and agree to follow the rules of the rental agreement.

*No refunds for weather/ natural disasters/ power outages/ noise/ other things that are beyond our control.*
It is highly recommended that you purchase an inexpensive travel insurance policy. This gives you peace of mind in the event you have unforeseen circumstances that require you to cancel outside of the refund window on our cancellation policy. Please review, we have our policy set to "strict."

At Redfish Retreat you are beachfront on a public beach which will sometimes mean noise and music so we have provided sound machines in every bedroom so you can still sleep the night away.

Notice of Cameras: There are 3 exterior security cameras, one at the driveway, one facing down the steps to the main door, and one facing the backyard toward the beach, so we can make sure the property is secure and people aren’t approaching the house or hot tub from the beach. They are motion-sensored and on 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house. If you interfere with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

Shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip-locs, charcoal & coffee are NOT provided. Plan to bring your own or purchase them when you arrive.

A security deposit HOLD of $1000 will be placed on the credit card you use to make the reservation 2 days prior to your reservation date. This is NOT a charge, just a HOLD. It will be released after we have had a chance to inspect the property or within 7 days after your reservation ends, minus any damages found.
