The house is one mile east of the new 900’ fishing pier at Rollover Pass, which is scheduled to open in 2026. The beach and the Gulf are at your feet; the area’s best shelling and wildlife viewing are here!

This retreat offers the perfect set-up for up to 18 ppl and large families. On the main level, you'll find 3 King bedrooms, a bunkroom and 3 full bathrooms. On the upper level is the kids' loft w foosball table and attached full bathroom. Every bedroom features its own large smart TV.

The wrap around deck is perfect for morning coffee, evening beverages and everything in between. There's lots of outdoor furniture including captain-style chairs, high tables, low tables and loungers. Safety gate at top of outdoor stairs. The views are amazing: sunrises, sand and surf, dolphins, bird watching, shelling, shore fishing.

On the lower level, enjoy the hot-tub any time of day and the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Basketball goal w ball, beach umbrella. Other amenities include full-size washer and dryer, parking for 8 vehicles, outdoor cargo lift for your heaviest items. Note: cargo lift is perfect for coolers, suitcases etc. Lift is not safety rated for people or pets.
