At 🌴Casa Bonita Florida🌴, guest safety and property protection are top priorities. The home features a security system with seven motion-activated cameras strategically positioned around the exterior, recording both video and audio. These cameras are strictly for exterior use, ensuring property oversight without compromising guest privacy. However, there is one camera inside the garage, used to monitor supply deliveries for the home. There are no cameras inside the home. These cameras are especially valuable for maintaining the property during vacancies, monitoring during hurricane season, and addressing any unexpected issues.
For guests who prefer a little extra peace of mind, we offer the optional use of a personalized Ring Alarm System code during your stay. If you’d like to activate this feature, just let us know—we’re happy to set it up for you prior to your arrival.

🏡 BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
As an API-connected professional host, we have a few important requirements to ensure a smooth, secure, and enjoyable stay for all guests. To finalize your reservation, the following must be completed within 24 hours of booking:
✔️ Signed rental agreement from the primary guest (must be 25+ at time of booking and present for the entire stay)
✔️ Valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name
✔️ $750 security deposit hold (not a charge) placed 2 days before check-in
These steps help us ensure a safe, secure, and seamless experience for all our guests. Your personalized door code will not be activated until all requirements have been met. Thank you for your understanding!
POLICIES TO NOTE:
✨ Registered guests only. The maximum occupancy is 8 people, including children. This limit includes all guests and any visitors.
✨ Unauthorized guests or parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
✨ Security cameras are located outside the home and inside the garage only. All cameras record audio and video and are in place for the safety and security of both guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the living areas of the home.
✨ No Pets or ESA's: Pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: ESA owners should understand that a certificate, ID or registration bought online will not be enough to properly qualify their companion animal as a Service Animal. Anyone found with an undisclosed pet will be required to leave immediately and will result in loss of security deposit and not entitled to a refund.
For those bringing a Service Animal, we're here to accommodate you within our guidelines. Please make sure to inform us in advance, adhere to leash and control rules, and provide necessary documentation.
🦮 SERVICE ANIMAL RULES:
Service animals are welcome in our home. Please help us prepare for your stay by letting us know PRIOR TO YOUR STAY that you will be bringing a service animal. We have strict guidelines for those who wish to bring their Service Animal.
• Your Service Animal may not be left unattended. Crating and leaving the animal in your absence is not permitted; the animal must accompany you AT ALL TIMES.
• Please provide an advanced copy of your Service Animal's rabies vaccine, as well as their vaccination record showing all current vaccinations (must be current throughout your entire stay).
• Your Service Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control using verbal or sight commands.
• We will ask you to remove your Service Animal if the animal is out of control and the animal’s handler does not take effective action to control it or if the animal is not housebroken.
• Walk your Service Animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.
• Clean up urinations/defecations immediately. Bring your own baggies and dispose in the large trash cans in the garage.
• Your Service Animal may not be on furniture (sofa, chairs, bed or counters) unless it is specifically needed for your disability.
