1st Floor Beach-town Condo. We are Pet Friendly!

We are excited for you to stay at our recently updated beachtown condo in Lewes! Our updated 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable beach vacation! You will be just a few miles to the beach and outlet malls, have access to the community pools, park, and sport courts, and will be within walking distance to several restaurants and shops.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet, and a work station that includes a desk, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The bathroom in the first bedroom has a tub shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom with a standing shower, and a smart TV.

While we are "pet friendly" only 1 pet (dog or cat, 40lb maximum) is allowed per the HOA rules.

I had a great interaction with the host and the rooms were very clean and comfortable and it also has a great kitchen with everything you would need and most importantly the area is extremely nice and very quiet and it was perfect for walking our dog, also the Fish on restaurant and the French bakery and Arena’s are as good as it gets! Looking forward to going back in the near future!

We had a great stay.. Condo was well appointed, comfortable and very clean. We stay at the complex often, as our parents own a condo there, so we are familiar with all the amenities, but wanted our own space this time! Beds were comfortable, we loved how the couch turned into a big bed, and the location was perfect. We would recommend to others and definitely stay again!

Great family getaway!

Perfectly located between Lewes and Rehoboth, we had our pick of beaches within 10 minute drives, plenty of places to shop and dine, and a wonderful community pool when the beach jellies and swimming advisories made the ocean less enjoyable. Great condo, great communication. Would stay here again!

First time staying in Delaware

My family and I decided to vacation in Delaware, which was a first time. We were very satisfied with our stay, and the location of our condo was in a quiet but local area that was near many things. It was also great that we were able to take our pup with us!

Fun Lewes Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Super clean and cute condo that fit our needs perfectly. It was a great bonus to be on the ground floor, too. The complex is great. We enjoyed the pool and the walkable-distance cafe & bakery were also appreciated. The hosts were very nice and the condo was well stocked, with a little welcome note & basket when we arrived. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Relaxing Oasis

The property was the perfect size for our family of three and our dachshund! We appreciated the blackout shades in the guest bedroom to help our infant sleep. This condo is in an ideal location only 15 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bed and couch were super comfortable as well! We hope we can stay there again before we become official residents of Delaware!

Long Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend getaway. The condo was as described. We needed to change the check in/out date by one day. The owner responded in a timely manner and was accommodating to the change. We would definitely stay again.

Lewes 2024 Getaway

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. We arrived early and condo was available. Michael and Sara were very accommodating and we will return without hesitation. The unit was clean and fully stocked meet our needs. Very pet friendly community. Beach trip

My daughter and I came to Lewes and stayed for 4 nights. The first floor condo is very convenient and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing was there was a really musty smell and both my daughter and I have asthma. I checked all the garbage and bathrooms. The vent in the master bedroom vibrates when the ac fan comes on, so I had to close that because every 45 mins it would make a rattling noise. The welcome basket was very nice and all the little extras made our stay very welcoming.

lovely condo super clean

the condo was as described. it was centrally located to all the beaches. host was responsive. very clean and we loved the screened in porch to have our morning coffee on. I would only suggest a few extra bath towels instead of set per person. my dog loved the dog bed provided and the treats. would stay again.

Perfect space and location!

We absolutely LOVED this rental. Thank you for providing everything we needed, including a list of restaurants and fun places. The beach decor was calming and bright. Beds were comfortable and the pull out couch was perfect for a last minute guest.

We enjoyed the property and our stay. The pool was lovely. The kitchen needed more supplies. And the owners said they had streaming services that they did not actually provide. Love the location.

Great place and great location

I stayed with my dog while vacationing in the area. I had family staying in a couple of other locations nearby. The condo was just as pictured, very clean, and had everything you could possibly need. The location was great and Weis supermarket was right next door. I enjoyed walking my dog in the beautiful community. It was also very well lit at night so I felt safe. My grandkids enjoyed the community pools.

Beautiful and cozy beach condo

This is the perfect beach condo in Village of Five Points. It’s clean, cozy and very comfortable. Beds are very good and host provides all towels and linens. Great location, can walk to local restaurants and local food store!

A+ Property / Well Maintained and Equipped

My husband and I along with our dog travel to Lewes/Rehoboth on an average twice a year. Our preference is to stay in Lewes and we love the Villages of Five Points area. We booked this condo for the first time for our recent stay. The host, Sara, was very responsive to our questions before booking and after booking. A passcode is required to enter the condo, which is a plus for us because of not having to worry about who has the keys or potential loss of the keys. My husband and I loved the open layout of the condo. The condo has two bedrooms with separate full bathrooms and one bedroom has a very comfortable king bed; a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dish washer, and microwave; and a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and cookware. The condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated with a beach theme. Very pleasant and welcoming! One last and very important note, included in the condo were common household products such as liquid hand soap, Kleenex tissues, toilet paper, trash bags, linens, and towels. While these items may not seem relevant, to my husband and I they were extremely relevant. Since the pandemic many of those household products were no longer available with our past rentals. Really appreciated having them readily available. The Welcome Basket was a nice gesture as well! We really enjoyed our stay and we are already making plans for a return stay in 2024. Thank you, Sara and Michael!
