With beautiful indoor and alfresco spaces for relaxation, entertainment, dining, museum-worthy artwork and design pieces, this resort is equally suited to entertaining and quiet moments of reflection. It offers 4+1 sumptuous bedrooms and large common areas sleeping over twenty Five.

Large glass sliding doors—open from the deck to the interior great room, creating a single alfresco space. Inside, gather in the marvellous lounge & tune into the 70’ 4K TV beneath soaring ceilings. At dinnertime, relish a feast around the long dining table.

The main house includes three bedroom suites & the casita has a full bedroom, a kitchen and a living space that has 4 twin beds. The spectacular master suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, fireplace, and deluxe His & Hers en-suite bathroom with rain shower and jacuzzi. In all, there are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds and also 3 queen air mattresses.

IS PARKING INCLUDED AND HOW MANY CARS CAN FIT ?
Yes, parking is included. The private, gated driveway can park over 20 cars.

- How many levels is the house ?
Single level

- IS ANYTHING SHARED ?
No, no space is shared.

-Keys for check in ?
The estate resort has a keyless, contactless check in. Driveway gate is operated via your smartphone.

-BBQ Grill ?
Yes, we have a gas connected outdoor BBQ. You will find all tools inside the BBQ

- Are day time visitors to the property allowed ?
Yes they are allowed provided if you let us know (well in advance) their names and date of visit on the chat. There is a resort facility charge of $60 per visitor for each day of visit. Any visitation without prior intimation is grounds for booking termination and eviction.

- Is the Pool heated? All year round ?
Yes, to both. The pool can be heated (optional) if prior notice of a few days is given. We use a combination of a high performance commercial Heat pump & 2 conventional gas heaters at the resort. Collectively with over 900,000 BTU capacity, they ensure an all year round heating ability for the pool & spa.

If you want the pool to be heated, it will cost $200 per night of your reservation So, for example, if your reservation is 2 nights and you want pool heating, then we will send you a $400 fee request. The pool heating fee is all or nothing. For bookings for over 3 nights or more, pool heating charges are capped at $500.

Heated spa fee is $75 a day. For stays of 3 nights or more spa heating is $ 50 a day. Also, the fee is only charged by the day (pay as you use), not for the entire booking term. So for the days you are not using the heated spa, there will be no charge.

- Is the spa water changed between guests ?
Our commitment to hygiene and guest comfort means we never recirculate spa water between reservations. For each new guest arrival, we completely drain the spa and refill it with fresh, clean water. This ensures that you enjoy a pristine experience without any concerns about previous usage. We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury. While this practice consumes more resources, we believe it's essential for providing our guests with the exceptional experience they deserve. Your health and satisfaction are our priorities, which is why you can be confident that your spa water is exclusively yours during your stay.

- How to turn on the Spa jets?
Just send us a message on chat 30 minutes prior to spa use & we will remotely turn them on for you. Similarly, please let us know when you're done for us to turn off the system. The jets have a self shut off timer as well.
